The committee members are responding well to any situation that arises, ensuring swift resolution. People in the community are united, supportive, and communicate effectively with one another. They demonstrate kindness and celebrate a variety of festivals together, including Christmas, New Year, Holi, Ugadi, Ganesh Pooja, Sankranthi, Navaratri, and Ustav. The amenities within a 2 km radius are impressive, encompassing a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis court, garden, kids' play area, and a walking track. Maintenance is top-notch, with the overall apartment kept clean and hygienic. There's a continuous 24-hour water and power supply, and residents diligently collect garbage daily, segregating dry and wet waste,Connectivity-wise, the community is conveniently located, with easy access to supermarkets, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, theaters, and restaurants within a 2 km radius. The construction quality is commendable, boasting excellent infrastructure, sturdy walls, and outstanding plaster quality. Residents enjoy good ventilation and air circulation throughout the apartment.

The amenities are currently out of order, impacting residents' access. Efforts are underway to address the situation promptly for the convenience of all.

The society consists of 170 flats, boasting good amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, community hall, badminton court, table tennis, carrom, kids' play area, walking track, and garden. My neighbors and I often enjoy peacefully strolling around the well-maintained apartment. Situated on Old Madras Road, the community is conveniently surrounded by grocery stores, a bus stop within 500 meters, supermarkets within 1 km, an international school, hospital, restaurants, clinics, and well-lit roads. Internal and guest parking facilities are available, complementing the outstanding construction quality. Despite past seepage issues, promptly addressed by the committee, maintenance is exceptional, ensuring cleanliness, proper garbage collection, and well-maintained lifts. Moreover, the residents, known for their friendliness and education, actively celebrate various festivals and events each year.
Things need improvement
The repainting is has not completed yet repainting would indeed be beneficial for building aesthetics and overall upkeep. Improving these aspects would contribute to appearance and long amity of the structure within the society.

The houses are well-designed, allowing for ample natural light during the day, and eliminating the need for artificial lighting. Construction quality is top-notch, with no observed water leakages. Connectivity within the society is excellent, with easy access to the main road within a 2km radius. This road connects seamlessly to key locations like schools, markets, bus stops, and hospitals. The roads are wide, with no traffic problems. All Hindu and national festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm within the society. Amenities such as swimming pools, badminton courts, cricket pitches, tennis courts, and jogging tracks are well-maintained. Maintenance facilities like water supply, power backup options, and security are also good.
Things need improvement
The garbage collection services are inadequate, as they neglect to collect everyday garbage and fail to dispose of it on a daily basis. Overall maintenance services need improvement.

The water facility is excellent, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Hospitals are conveniently located within 300 meters from the society. The parking area is very spacious, and there is also a designated visitors' parking area in the society. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm in the society, and the kids' play area is notably spacious.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is very poor, leading to issues such as water bubbles in the walls, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, the maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Traffic issues persist due to narrow roads and congestion, making navigation challenging.

The apartments are clean, well-maintained, spacious, and free from wall cracks. During summer, tanker water is used. Construction is good, and amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, walking track, children's play area, and garden. Surrounding residents are friendly and good-natured.

Traffic congestion outside the society is worsening due to inadequate road infrastructure and increased vehicle numbers, causing delays and frustration among residents and commuters alike.

Residents have never raised complaints regarding electricity issues. Amenities such as a swimming pool, walking area, children's play area, gym, and clubhouse are available. Additionally, the neighbors are consistently helpful, and the security systems in place are good. Additionally good ventilation in all flats.

Because of these issues, water shortages occur in Bangalore during the summer, resulting in higher maintenance charges. Additionally, the poor construction quality of the society leads to numerous seepages.

MC Sarovar in Bangalore is an outstanding residential development. The apartments are well-designed, spacious, and provide a pleasant living environment. The amenities, such as the clubhouse and swimming pool, are excellent. The location is ideal, as it is close to schools, hospitals, and shopping centres.
