The society has many good amenities including a market which has almost everything in the shops.

No metro or public transport. Better you have a personal bike or car.

The cleanliness and hygiene of the surroundings are diligently maintained, with timely garbage collection and pest control services. Furthermore, security measures such as CCTV surveillance and well-functioning lifts are in place. Residents also have access to recreational amenities like gyms and a clubhouse within the community.
Things need improvement
The absence of a swimming pool is noted, impacting the available recreational amenities within the community. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of cooperation and helpfulness among the residents, which could affect the overall sense of community. Furthermore, the absence of communal celebrations for festivals suggests a potential lack of cohesion and shared cultural experiences within the society.

Good things here
The society is primely located near the start of greater noida. i. e Pari Chowk. Omaxe mall is nearby where there is a theatre and bikanervala adjacent to it. The society has only one Entry and Exit Point so makes it easy to manage. Guards are placed in each tower. Flats are very spacious and balconies in each room.
Things need improvement
There were no ammenities in the society like gym , swimming pool for the residents. The constuction quality was pathetic if you punch the wall, the plaster will come out. Cheap products used in construction Maintainence charges on the higher side

Good things here
Transportation connectivity outside the society was satisfactory with cabs and autos readily available. The society had CCTVs and functioning elevators installed for security and convenience. A gym was also available for residents. Neighbors were friendly and participated in celebrating festivals like Holi together.
Things need improvement
Nearby hospitals were not accessible, posing an inconvenience. The construction quality was substandard, frequently plagued by seepage and leakage issues. Regrettably, there was no clubhouse or swimming pool available in the vicinity.

The lack of security assistance is concerning, and complaints about loud music can be quite bothersome.

Modern Flats, good maintenance, and a lively environment. The flats are quite spacious, especially the 3 BHKs have such huge balconies that you can purchase for creating a lively residential space for yourself and your loved ones.

Apartment feels tiny, not enough spae. No parking provided with the rented flats.
