The construction quality is commendable, with well-designed rooms and spacious, well-ventilated flats, making the apartment an excellent choice. Conveniently, there's a range of amenities nearby including a supermarket, grocery store, hotel, bus stop, and streets, along with ample parking space. Maintenance is efficient and reasonably priced, with daily garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. Reliable water and power supply, along with properly functioning lifts, add to residents' convenience. The society offers a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, children's play area, and community hall. Additionally, the friendly atmosphere among residents fosters positive communication and community spirit.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, the society encounters waterlogging issues, which hamper movement and inconvenience residents due to inadequate drainage systems. Addressing this issue is crucial to enhancing the overall living experience and ensuring residents' comfort and safety.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly in the society. Hospitals are available within a walkable distance from the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or leaks in the society. Facilities like Raithu Bazar and malls are available within walking distance from the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance from the society. Water facility is very good, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste daily in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive. There is no visitor parking in the society. There are issues with traffic outside the society. The location is prime in the society.

Good things here
I love how friendly and nice the neighbors are here; everyone really looks out for each other. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets conveniently nearby. Garbage collection is regular and well-organized, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The apartments are spacious and well-ventilated, with an aesthetic POP finish. Elevators are always in good working order, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. Each resident has designated parking, and the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The only downside is that it's sometimes hard to get autorickshaws and cabs. Also, there's a bit of a seepage issue in the apartments. But other than that, everything is great here.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Connectivity via cabs and Uber is easily accessible if we book Ola and Uber. Public transportation options like buses are available within walking distance, making it very convenient. Maintenance is reasonable, and metros are within a 1-2 kilometer range, which is convenient. Clubhouse facilities are also very good. Parking areas are spacious. Connectivity via cabs and autos is available if we book Ola and Uber.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there are some minor issues like leaks and some areas that need improvement. Maintenance should be improved in the society.

Good things here
Society has great connectivity with easy availability of auto , cabs and public transport. The lift always works, and the place is kept clean. The garbage is collected on time, and the water tank is cleaned. The buildings have good ventilation and sunlight. The society has a garden, play area for kids, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park. The people here are nice and friendly.
Things need improvement
There are some leakage issues in some apartment on the top floor in the society . No other issues in the society regarding anything, its a great society to live in.

Good things here
Autos and buses are easily accessible from the society. The ventilation in the flat is good, and it receives ample sunlight. The society has all modern amenities, and water is available 24/7.
Things need improvement
There is a mall near the society, causing significant traffic jams and non-moving traffic outside. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. Only Telugu festivals are celebrated in the society. There is a major leakage issue in my flat. There is limited greenery, and the swimming pool is not operational.

Good things here
The maintainance of the society was really good as it is kept very neat and clean no water logging prolem no garage disposal problem , The construction quality is very good as their is no seepage on the walls and it can go like this for another 3 to 4 years.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is a bit issue as their is no public transport avaliable outside the gate there is a bit of walking for it and there is no school or hospital within 10 km of the society but there is a market at a walking distance

The garden area has a spacious layout. The parking area is quite spacious and well-maintained.

Walking area lacks proper cleaning ,with papers scattered around. The security during night time is not adquate.
