The location was unbeatable, with Noida just 2 km away and Delhi a short 6 km distance, making it super convenient to connect via two highways. The abundance of green space within the society was another positive aspect the society offered good connectivity and greenery.

Residents appreciate facilities like a well-maintained club, gym, shops, swimming pool, and playground, though some express dissatisfaction with limited green areas and space for children.

Residents have faced inconvenience due to ongoing construction of certain amenities. Maintenance services have been criticized for issues like seepage and delays in resolving problems. Dissatisfaction arises from construction delays in delivering flats and unfulfilled promises by the builder. Additionally, poor public transport connectivity, high maintenance charges, and noise disturbances in inner-facing apartments contribute to a negative overall living experience.

Definitely the fantastic location, with Noida just 2 km away and Delhi a mere 6 km away. The connectivity via two highways is a huge plus, making daily commuting a breeze. Additionally, the abundance of greenery within the society creates a refreshing atmosphere.

There are some drawbacks that have impacted my experience. The poor construction quality and delayed possession of most flats have been significant issues. Many flats lack OC (Occupancy Certificate) and CC (Completion Certificate), which has caused inconvenience for residents. Additionally, the maintenance services seem lacking, affecting the overall upkeep of the society.

There is good metro connectivity and access to public transport. The parking lot is very spacious, so you won't have to wander around looking for parking. Additionally, the lifts are super fast.
