Good things here
The location of the society is very good, and there is a lot of greenery outside, which is very convenient and provides good space. People are very friendly and respectful in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and auto-rickshaws, is easily available. Every maintenance issue is managed well. There is a Narayana hospital around 2-3 km from the society, which is very convenient, and there are nearby children's hospitals also that are very accessible. Parking is well-organized in the society, and there is visitor parking as well, making it very convenient and spacious. Shops are also available near the society, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
Maintenance experience is very convenient. However, construction quality is not good. There are some issues, such as leaks and seepage in the bedrooms and bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games, but these are not well-maintained in the society.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book online. Water availability is very good, available 24/7. Power backups are also available in the society. Garbage collections are very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Every amenity is very good in the society. There's no traffic congestion nearby. Maintenance is very good; cleanliness of the society is very good too. Access to groceries in the vicinity is very convenient and easily accessible.
Things need improvement
Maintenance expenses in the society are high. Parking is consistent in the society. There's limited visitor parking in the society. Public transportation links are available but are a bit far from the society, which can be inconvenient, located about 1-2 kilometers away.

Our children frequently enjoy the well-maintained lawn tennis court, fully equipped for their use. The society boasts excellent connectivity, situated near a supermarket, grocery stores, and a bus stop directly opposite. Illuminated by street lights, ample parking space is readily available. Additional amenities such as table tennis, a basketball court, children's play area, walking track, and a community hall contribute to the vibrant community atmosphere. Maintenance charges remain reasonable, offering services including round-the-clock water and power supply, daily garbage collection, and thorough cleaning. The construction of the premises ensures well-ventilated rooms for comfort.
Things need improvement
The society is grappling with poor road conditions, posing inconvenience and potential vehicle damage. Urgent repairs and maintenance are necessary to enhance the experience for both residents and visitors alike

Everything in the society was satisfactory. Its connectivity, especially being close to Electronic City, is quite convenient.
