Good things here
Living here for a long time, I've come to appreciate the convenience of our society's connectivity. With essential amenities like a nearby metro station, schools, hospitals, and markets all within reach, it's incredibly convenient for daily life. I'm glad to hear that we haven't faced any construction issues during my time here. It's reassuring to know that we're in a well-built and maintained environment, which contributes to a sense of security and comfort. Moreover, the people in our society are truly wonderful. Their helpful and friendly nature makes living here even more enjoyable. It's comforting to be part of such a supportive community.
Things need improvement
I'm disappointed by the lack of basic amenities in our society, such as a gym, swimming pool, garden, or park. These amenities could greatly enhance our quality of life and provide opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Moreover, it's concerning to hear that the maintenance services in our society are inadequate, even for just two buildings. Poor maintenance can lead to various issues and detract from the overall appeal of our living environment. I believe that improving the maintenance services should be a top priority for the management.

Timely garbage collection and reliable water supply ensure cleanliness and convenience. Good construction quality minimizes common issues. Amenities like parks and clubhouses enhance quality of life. Well-maintained lifts ensure accessibility, while CCTV cameras enhance security for peace of mind.
Things need improvement
It's a bit frustrating that there are some issues with plumbing and lighting in our society. These are things that really affect our day-to-day comfort, so it would be great if the maintenance team could address them more effectively. I also wish we had amenities like a gym and swimming pool. It would be so nice to have some recreational options within the society itself, especially for those of us who value fitness and relaxation. And the lack of public transportation nearby can be inconvenient at times. It would definitely make getting around easier if we had better access to public transport options.

Our society doesn't have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. The lack of nearby metro stations or bus services also makes transportation challenging.

Cleanliness is a significant issue, and the lack of adherence to designated parking spaces causes considerable inconvenience to residents. The amenities are also limited, and there is a need for more CCTV cameras to enhance security within the society. These factors detract from an otherwise well-maintained and friendly community.

Good things here
Cabs can be booked online and easily reach the society. Residents are cooperative and respectful. Flats do not experience any issues with leakage or seepage. The society maintains cleanliness, and water is available round-the-clock. Sufficient parking is available for both residents and visitors. All modern amenities, including power backup for flats and common areas, are provided, and maintenance charges are reasonable.
Things need improvement
The society lacks good connectivity as public transport options like autos and buses are not available nearby.

Good things here
There is international school just beside the society. Auto stand,bus stand is at walkable distance. Mall is near by the apartment. Allocated parking space for resident and visitors.
Things need improvement
There are major leakage and seepage issues in the apartments. managing commitee is not attentive towards issue resolution. There is water loggging issues around the society.

Connectivity is really good like auto stand,cabs stand is at walkable distance from the society.crowd of the peole is good and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.good security system in the society,neat,clean and hygenic surrounding in the society.

There are no amenities in the society like no swimming pool and gym area in the society.There are leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.

Good things here
The society appeared old from the outside, but the flats were very spacious, and our stay was very comfortable. The architectural design of the flats was excellent, and the construction quality was very good. The people were very nice and cooperative. The society was clean, and there was a designated time for garbage collection when someone would come and take it away. The maintenance team was very efficient and proactive, and the staff was very good. There was plenty of parking space available, and the garden was nice. The location of the society was good.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of auto-rickshaws was not good, especially after 7-8 pm, there was a long waiting time for autos, as well as for Ola and Uber. There was no gym or swimming pool. The water supply was not from the corporation; it was from borewells, which resulted in hard water with a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level of 550, which was quite high. RO installation was necessary.

A big and beautiful park is situated in the middle of the premises of this housing complex. On the other hand, nearby roads are not so maintained which seems problematic for people.
