Good things here
The society was well-maintained, free from any problems of seepage or leakage. Connectivity was robust, allowing convenient access to all amenities. Public transportation options such as buses, autos, and taxis were easily accessible for daily commuters. There was no issue of water supply and garbage. Nearby, residents had convenient access to grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Adequate parking was available, offering ample space for vehicles. A spacious park was provided for children's recreation. The residents were friendly and generous-hearted. Communication and network services were good.
Things need improvement
The experience was positive, and connectivity was strong with easy access to everything. The only downside was the lack of amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool, which should be included.

Good things here
The society is well connected to the highway, providing easy access to the entire city. Hospitals, schools, malls, grocery shops, and vegetable markets are all nearby. Ventilation is good, and garbage collection is done daily. We celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, the motor breaks down, and water supply is disrupted. Maintenance work is very slow. There are frequent issues with the lift, and people sometimes get stuck for up to 10 minutes. The generator doesn't have enough power to provide light to the entire society. Hygiene is also a problem, and there is waterlogging near the swimming pool area. The builder didn't fulfill the promises made.

Good things here
The construction quality of the flats was good, with no issues like leakage or dampness. All modern amenities were available. There were no issues with water or power cuts. The residents were nice. There was plenty of greenery. Security was efficient. The roads outside the society were good, and autos were available from the society. There was ample parking for the residents.
Things need improvement
There was no parking available for visitors in the society. Some gym equipment was slightly damaged, and better maintenance was needed for the gym. During summers, there were occasional issues with the lifts; they often stopped working.

Good things here
Public transport like buses, autos, and cabs is available at the society gate. There are nearby malls, markets, supermarkets, grocery shops, and vegetable markets. The ventilation is very good because the balconies and windows are properly constructed. People are helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
There's no metro nearby, and the society is still under construction, about 70% complete. Maintenance is very poor. The swimming pool, clubhouse, and playground are small. The garden is unmanaged and dirty. Sometimes, garbage collection doesn't happen.

Good things here
The play area was nice. Public transport is nearby, and there are markets, shops, and grocery stores nearby too. Ventilation was good, and the balconies and windows were properly maintained. All festivals are celebrated, and people are very helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
The maintenance team was not good; they couldn't handle tasks properly. There's no swimming pool or clubhouse, and the gym is very small. Garbage collection doesn't happen daily. Although each tower had three lifts, none of them worked properly.

Good things here
We had an open gym and car parking facilities. Public transport was nearby, and we could easily find vegetable markets and grocery shops. Garbage was collected daily, and ventilation was excellent. The people were helpful.
Things need improvement
At that time, due to the building still being under construction, we didn't have amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, park, or kids' playing area. These facilities were in the process of being built. We faced some issues with seepage and leakage.

Good things here
Garbage collection is always on time, and the lift is well-maintained. Plumbers and electricians are available within the society. Ventilation is excellent, and public transport options like buses, autos, cabs, and the metro are readily available nearby. All festivals are celebrated.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or kids' playing area, so we have to go outside to use these facilities. Maintenance could also be improved.

Good things here
They have left the society 2 years ago, There was no seepage or seelan issue. The flats in the society were quit spacious.
Things need improvement
Nearest metro station was 8km from their residence. Market area is not nearby the person have to travel by e-rikshaw, There are no shops near the society, Maintenance quality was very poor, Society use to charge for maintenance, Sometimes lifts would stop working the society member has to walk down from 19th floor, There was no cleanliness in the society. There was no amenties in the society, People were not socially active. Only festivals celebrated in the society was Independence & Republic Day.

Good things here
The society was okay but not very good; there were no significant issues with parking or security, and public transportation was easily available near the society.
Things need improvement
The condition of the roads wasn't very good, and there were traffic issues. Sometimes, maintenance services weren't received on time, and there was a lack of sunlight in the flat, leading to seepage issues. Moreover, there were no amenities of any kind available�in�the�society.
