Good things here
Proximity to market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, making daily errands and leisure activities incredibly convenient. Excellent connectivity with various modes of public transportation easily accessible outside the society, including autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs. Metro station located just 10 minutes away, Presence of numerous temples around the society adds to its cultural richness. Well-maintained and clean environment with timely garbage collection and pest control ensuring hygienic living conditions. Efficient management ensuring prompt resolution of issues as they arise. Superior construction quality with no seepage or leakage issues observed. Top-notch facilities and amenities available within the society, including a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all meticulously maintained. security system comprising security guards and CCTV cameras ensure residents' safety and security. Vibrant community with friendly, cooperative residents who actively participate in cultural festivals and events together. Aesthetic appeal enhanced by timely paintings.
Things need improvement
Water supply is a significant concern within the society, requiring attention and resolution to ensure residents' basic needs are met adequately. Ongoing road construction works are currently underway, resulting in roads that are not yet properly constructed.

Good things here
The society has great connectivity in terms of Metros, Cabs and Autos. Uber and OLas are available at odd hours as well like late at night and early in the morning. The roads are properly constructed and no pit holes are present. There is no issue regarding the traffic. Garbage collection and disposal is conducted every morning at 9:00 am except on Sundays which is a holiday for the garbage collection team. Cleanliness has been properly taken into consideration. The facility of issue resolution within 24 hours is provided to the people living in the society. Ventilation and sunlight is proper. Additional staircases are installed in case of emergencies along with fire extinguishers. Elevators and CCTVS are present and maintained. CCTVs are present all around the society. Swimming pool, gym are there and gym equipments are maintained. Whenever any equipment breaks, it is repaired to the soonest. Neighbours are extremely helpful and cooperative. All the cultural events and functions are celebrated in unity.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not available at walking distance. It is present at a distance of 2 km from the society. Seeapage is very common in the area. No fire exits are present. There is a major problem with internet especially for the Jio users on the top floors of the building. Network is also not appropriate in the area.

Public transports like autos and cabs are easily available nearby. There are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants conveniently located just outside the society. CCTV is installed throughout the premises, ensuring good security, complemented by available security guards. The lifts are well-maintained. The construction quality is generally good, with occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems not being common. The residents are friendly, cooperative, and celebrate cultural festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Water supply issues are prevalent, with reliance on tanker water due to inconsistent availability. There is no swimming pool available, and the maintenance of other amenities is subpar.

Good things here
Buses and auto's are easily accessible at walking distance. Street Lights were installed outside the premises. They was stilt parking available in the premises. Society was well maintained and issues related to plumbing or carpentry was resolved in the timely manner. Garbage disposal was done on timely basis. CCTV's Camera's and lifts were installed and well maintained. Amenities like gym, Clubhouse and swimming pool were available and everything was functional. People celebrated festivals together and people around us were educated, friendly and cooperative with eachother. Its a pet friendly society.
Things need improvement
Malad local Railway station was very far from the society. Kids use to play in the open spaces of the premises and because of that people/senior citizens could not walk inside the premises.

The convenience continues with market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants all situated nearby, making errands and outings a breeze. What truly enriches the living experience, however, is the sense of community. We come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, fostering strong bonds and genuine friendships among residents. In this welcoming atmosphere, every day feels like a celebration, making our society truly feel like home.
Things need improvement
The road quality is not good around the society for which major traffic issues and water logging issues are faced a lot specially during rainy season. The roads are always in a bad condition or under construction. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained and society remains dirty in some parts. Regularly Garbage collection is not done. Pest control is not done on time. There are too many mosquitos in this society for which we can't open the windows and termite issues are faced a lot seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats which is a major problem. The construction quality of the buildings is not good. The swimmingpool is not maintained properly for which it is not functional sometimes.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Other facilities like swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Parking space is available. No such major electricity issues was faced. Power backup is available.
Things need improvement
Amenities are available but it was not allowed for the people staying there in rent, only garden area was allowed. Visitor's parking is not available. Highway is far from the society.

There were schools and hospitals near by the society even Auto and cabs are easily available near by the society even .All the modern amenities are there in the society and eveything is fully functional even tenants were allowed to use them in the society.Society has high security system in the society,all the towers has 24/7 security gaurds.Crowd of the people was good and helpful,Society was neat,clean and hygenic.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction is just average there were issues like seepage in the society.Railway station is far away from the society.

Good things here
Flats are very spacious. metro station and all local transport is near by the society. cleanliness and construction are top notch. 24*7 water supply. maintenance charges are not high since there are solar Pannels installed in the society which is great. there are no water logging problems inside and outside the society. parking is spacious.
Things need improvement
Roads outside the society should be wider. no basement parking in the society. no balconies to the flats. there is issue of traffic jam on the main road.

Wide roads around the society even there is metro near by the society.Local tranport is easy to approach near by the society.All the modern amenities are there like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area and each amenities are functional.Society has adopted high security system and there are intercom facilities.
Things need improvement
Rooms of the apartment are spacious but the quality of the apartment is just average>power back up facilities are not there in the society.

Good things here
Parking space was evenly available to everyone. Autos were readily available. The society was clean. Water was available 24*7. Garbage collection was done properly. Good sunlight was available until around 11 AM. People were decent, and the society was pet-friendly. All modern amenities were present and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The metro station and local railway station were not nearby. The roads outside the society were narrow, leading to heavy traffic. The flats did not have balconies. There was no visitor parking. The society was not connected to the highway. There was a slight issue with leakage and seepage.
