Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with no traffic issues around the roads nearby. The cleanliness and hygiene was well maintained. Electricity was supplied regularly. There was a small park in the premises.
Things need improvement
There were some water supply issues, some water shortage existed in the summer season. The construction quality was also average with some seepage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse were available outside the society.

Good things here
Navigating through public transport is a breeze here, and our CCTV cameras are diligently monitored. Our clubhouse and swimming pool are maintained to perfection, while the kids have a vibrant park to frolic in. Cleanliness and tidiness are priorities, and the folks around are always ready to lend a hand with a smile.
Things need improvement
While things are generally great in this society, we're committed to maintaining everything in excellent condition. However, like any community, we may encounter occasional challenges, but we're proactive in addressing them to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Good things here
Metro ka yahan se 10 mins. ka rasta hai. Auto aur rickshaw sab available hai aur asani se mil jaata hai. Maintenance sahihai society ka. CCTV aur Lift installed hai. Water seepage, logging ya seelan ka koi issue nahi hai iss society mai. Gym, club house, pool sab hai aur well maintained hain. Peaceful environment hai iss society ka.
Things need improvement
Neighbours theek thak hain aise koi khaas nahi hain. Aise koi problem face nahi ki hai yahan par.

Good things here
Build quality is excellent and there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors in the society. Full power back up facilities has been provided without extra charges. High security system has been provided as all the areas are under cctv survilance. Quality of the roads outside the society is really great and there is no water logging or traffic issues around the society.
Things need improvement
The amenities such as swimming pool and gyms are available but they are not maintained. Swimming pool is not properly cleaned and leaks almost always. Gym equipments are broken but they are never repaired.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply is good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. street dog issues are not faced. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. Safe for kids and women at night in the society. Security system is good.
Things need improvement
The buildings in our neighborhood are okay, but not great. We face problems like water coming in, leaking, and issues with the walls. These problems make the houses not so good.

Good things here
Have been living in the society for quite a long time now walls are okay. Gym, swimmingpool, club house and parking space is present inside the society people are friendly over here and it's a pet friendly society, the people who have pets they maintain cleanliness as well. Water supply is very good and it is received in time. Maintainace is done on time whenever informed or asked. Connectivity of this society is very good like public transport is easily available outside the society, there are markets and malls nearby.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average, there are paint fallout issues and leakage issue inside the society. Painting has been done long time ago and it comes off easily now,Gym is not that big it is very small to be used.

Roads are wide outside the society. Cabs are easily available in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is always available. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Paintings are done on time in the common areas. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. 2 Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
The major issues in the society is there are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants outside the society. The connectivity is not good, public transports are not available easily near the society. The society was the last one in that area for which proper developments are not done and connectivity issues are faced.

Good things here
The maintenance quality was satisfactory as the cleanliness and hygiene was well maintained. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse were available. There was a play area for children to play. The residents were very friendly and cooperative. Paintings were done timely. CCTVs and Elevators were installed.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity near the society was average as the public transport options were a little distant. The construction quality was poor with seepage issues in the society.

The quality of construction is extremely bad, few days back the outer compressor of my split AC fall off from the wall. And when we called our technician to installed the same he denied reinstalling it while saying that the wall constitute more of sand instead of cement and it can again fall off. We are paying almost 5000 rupees as maintenance and fix charges per month which is a huge amount for a middle classs family. Maintenance services if I talk about they don't have any technician for any work you say because all are working in another constructing project. I don't recommend this society to anyone.
