The society benefits from excellent connectivity, with readily available cabs, autos, and ride-hailing services like Ola and Uber accessible from the main road. The water facility operates seamlessly 24/7, ensuring uninterrupted supply for residents. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste, contributing to cleanliness both within and outside the society. Residents are known for their friendly and cooperative nature, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. Conveniently located nearby are schools, grocery shops, vegetable markets, and other stores, all within walking distance, adding to the convenience of daily life in the society.

The absence of power backup in the society is a significant inconvenience, especially during outages. Poor construction quality, particularly noticeable at ground level, raises concerns about the structural integrity of the buildings. Seepage and leakage issues in bathrooms and walls are persistent problems, detracting from the comfort of residents. The age of the buildings, around 15 years, may contribute to these issues. Lack of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym limits recreational opportunities for residents. Furthermore, the absence of a designated parking area, coupled with the lack of visitor parking, exacerbates parking challenges within the society.

Good things here

Functional lifts, Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection facilities available. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good security and parking facilities.

This area is suffering from massive power disruptions, meanwhile backup has no proper maintenance. this area is a bit costly as well as they charge 4k for the maintenance to blocks.

I have been in this area for a long time and I have to say, the process of getting better is slow. So many power outages and cost is touching the sky. During rains, roads get dangerous.

I have moved into this place from far and I feel I will move again, this place is not great. I got very bad reviews. The area is quite dirty and unsafe for my taste. Connectivity is fine.

Outside is a nice area, shops are close. Maintenance needs to be checked along with the high price. I am away from home so I don’t know much but water should be provided regularly.
