Good things here
Living among such friendly and cooperative neighbors has truly enhanced my experience in our society. It's heartening to know that we can rely on each other and foster a strong sense of community. Moreover, the connectivity of our society is nothing short of excellent. With autos and cabs readily available and a nearby metro station, getting around is incredibly convenient. The proximity of schools, hospitals, and markets adds to the overall convenience of our location, making it easy to access essential services and amenities. I'm particularly impressed by the well-constructed roads around our society, which contribute to the seamless connectivity we enjoy. It's reassuring to know that we can navigate our surroundings with ease, thanks to the excellent infrastructure in place.
Things need improvement
Living in our society presented several challenges, particularly in terms of maintenance and construction quality. Garbage collection not being done on time and delays in repair work were significant inconveniences that affected the overall quality of life. Moreover, the construction quality of the society left much to be desired, with issues prevalent in many places. Furthermore, the lack of amenities in the society further compounded the dissatisfaction among residents. The absence of facilities such as a gym, clubhouse, or recreational areas limited options for leisure and recreation within the community.

High construction quality is evident as there are no issues of seepage or leakage, ensuring a secure and safe living environment. Well-ventilated rooms and ample sunlight contribute to a comfortable living experience, complemented by continuous water supply and no water logging problems, which enhance daily convenience. The community thrives socially, with friendly and cooperative residents who celebrate cultural festivals and events together, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. Reliable electricity and power backup ensure uninterrupted daily activities, and parking facilities, including guest parking, add convenience for residents and visitors alike. Moreover, amenities such as a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids enrich the overall quality of life within the society, offering opportunities for recreation, fitness, and social interaction.
Things need improvement
The absence of convenient public transportation options such as autos, rickshaws, and cabs outside the society can be inconvenient for residents, especially when they need to travel or complete daily tasks.

100 mts from Phoenix mall, Best to commute, Near to Market, Grocery , Hospital and Restaurants, fully furnished 3 bhk, newly renovated with tiles also changed

NO Concerns as such, play are will be renovated in coming years and road will be open for mall which is 100 mts only

All necessary facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available within the society, enhancing residents' quality of life. The friendly and cooperative nature of the residents fosters a sense of community within the society. CCTV cameras are installed to enhance security, and functional lifts ensure smooth mobility within the buildings. Adequate parking space is available for residents, minimizing parking-related hassles and ensuring convenience.
Things need improvement
The society is overall pleasant, but there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, particularly in corridor areas and staircases. Occasionally, there are water supply issues due to reliance on tanker water, leading to occasional delays.

I'm pleased to say that the construction quality of our society has been excellent, with no issues to speak of. Maintenance has also been top-notch, with garbage collection consistently done on time and everything well-maintained. It's reassuring to know that all amenities, including the swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden, are not only available but also well-maintained for our enjoyment. Moreover, the connectivity of our society is a huge plus, with schools and hospitals nearby. The well-constructed roads around the society make commuting smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the living standards in our society, and I feel fortunate to call it my home.
Things need improvement
Living in the society for five years was a fantastic experience for me. Everything was impeccably maintained, and I found the living standards to be excellent. I only made the decision to leave because my family and I decided to purchase our own house. Otherwise, I have nothing but positive things to say about the society. In my opinion, there was no need for any improvements during my time there.

I'm grateful for the convenience of having schools, hospitals, markets, malls, and restaurants nearby, making everyday tasks and errands a breeze. The well-constructed roads around us also make commuting a lot smoother and more enjoyable. I'm particularly impressed by the excellent maintenance services within our society. From timely water supply and garbage collection to reliable power backup, everything is taken care of efficiently, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The high construction quality of our society is evident in our well-ventilated and spacious flats, which contribute to our overall comfort and satisfaction. I really appreciate having amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden available and well-maintained, providing opportunities for relaxation and recreation right at our doorstep.

I genuinely don't see any areas that require improvement. The satisfaction I feel with our living environment speaks volumes about the quality of life we enjoy here.

I'm completely satisfied with our society's condition. The upkeep and amenities are excellent, and I don't see any need for further improvements at this time.

Good things here
Overall my experience in that society was excellent ,neighbour were very friendly and helpful. All the festivals celebrated in the society. There is lots of open space for kids to play around the society. Area around the society is really good essentials were easily available near by the society. Rooms were spacious and isolated in the society so the quality of the construction is good.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was the drawback as this society has zero connectivity with public transport facilities there is no bus stop near by the society,railway station is far away from the society though auto and private cabs were easily available near by the society.

Good things here
Former resident. connectivity was ok ok only. No traffic or water logging issues nearby. There were a lot of food joints nearby. The swimming pool is operational and well-maintained. The security system is effective, and the apartments maintained a hygienic environment.
Things need improvement
Nothing is good in the society. Residents were very irritating, no gym or any facilities available in the society , maintenance was very bad. Building construction quality was also poor.

Good things here
Former resident: There was lots of open space for kids to play around the society. All daily good essentials were easily available near by the society. Rooms were quite spacious and ventilated the quality of the construction was decent.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool and when we were living there we faced a lot of problems with pigeons in the society. They used to excreate everywhere and make the place stinky.
