Good things here

Garbage is collected daily, keeping the society clean. The flats have good ventilation, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together. There's ample parking available, and the lifts are well-maintained.

Things need improvement

Autos aren't readily available near the society; it takes 15-20 minutes when booked online. The roads outside are in poor condition due to pipeline work. Water supply is insufficient, so the society purchases water from outside. Many flats have cracks, and while modern amenities exist, they aren't well-maintained.

Good things here

Allocated space for parking is available for owners and visitors in the society. Build quality is good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. Society has full power back up facilities like generators for common areas and invertor for common areas in the society. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society. Local transport facilities were easy to approach near by the society.

Things need improvement

There is lots of mismanagement and maintenance regarding issues in the society like garden is in bad condition and not well maintained. There is no swimming pool,club house in the society. There is no rules and cleaning regarding pets poop in the society. Security is also not good and strict. During summers water supply is limited in the society.

Good things here

Auto,cabs are easily available around the society. Good security system like security staff and cctv on each entrance. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors. no water logging during rainy season. maintenance charges are reasonable.

Good things here

There were no cracks in my flat, and there was no leakage or seepage issue. The ventilation was excellent, and sunlight also came in. The society was clean, and security was good. The lifts were well maintained, and the residents were cooperative. The roads outside the society were well maintained. Auto rickshaws were available near the society.

Near the society, there was a wedding hall, which sometimes caused traffic jams of up to 1. 30 hours. There was an issue with water, requiring the arrangement of tankers. The swimming pool was very small and not allowed for use. The garden was also small, and the gym was not up to the mark. There was insufficient parking space.

The hospital and markets are both extremely close to us, and we can be there in 20 minutes in case of an emergency. They also give decent care. The roads are well-kept, and street lights have been placed. Residents' safety is ensured by CCTV cameras, and guests are properly verified by guards. Another advantage is the proximity of grocery stores, ATMs, well-developed parks, and restaurants, all of which are only a few minutes walk away.
