Good things here
Connectivity in terms of transportation is excellent in the area. Auto cabs are readily available, and there are schools, hospitals, grocery shops, markets, malls, restaurants, and theaters nearby. The build quality of the society is excellent, with spacious rooms and proper ventilation. Security is top-notch, with 24-hour electricity and well-maintained cleaning services. The society boasts a beautifully maintained garden, and all festivals and functions are celebrated within�the�community.
Things need improvement
There are numerous drawbacks concerning this society. Firstly, there are no basic facilities such as municipal water supply, requiring us to rely on costly tanker services. Additionally, there is no gas pipeline available. The swimming pool, garden, and clubhouse are not well-maintained. The gym lacks proper equipment and is of poor quality. The hydraulic parking system is unreliable, often causing vehicles to get stuck. Vehicles parked on both sides of the outer road contribute to congestion and traffic jams. There is no society manager available to address our concerns. Overall, the society has poor maintenance standards. Cleanliness is also inadequate, with only the main lane being regularly cleaned, while other areas are neglected. The housekeeping staff are�inefficient.

Ola and Uber bookings were reliable, providing convenient transportation options, and the society maintained cleanliness throughout. Residents had access to the garden for recreational purposes, and there were no concerns regarding leakage or cracks in the infrastructure. The cooperative nature of the residents fostered a positive community atmosphere, where festivals were joyfully celebrated together. Sufficient parking space was available for residents, and the lifts were well-maintained for smooth vertical mobility. Additionally, the landlord was cooperative and supportive.
Things need improvement
Auto-rickshaws were not readily available near the society, requiring residents to walk a bit of a distance to find them. Unfortunately, additional fees were necessary for access to indoor games, the gym, and the swimming pool, which may have been inconvenient for some residents. Moreover, there was a shortage in the water supply, prompting residents to store water as a precaution.

Maintenance has been smooth sailing, with no notable issues to report, which is certainly a relief for residents. While the market area initially posed accessibility challenges, it has since become easily reachable, providing convenience for daily needs and errands. The availability of a swimming pool is a definite perk, offering residents a refreshing recreational option right within their community. This amenity can enhance the overall living experience, especially during hot weather or for those who enjoy aquatic activities.
Things need improvement
There is a lack of public transport around the area, which is very concerning. Seepage and termite issues prevail in my flats, and the wall quality is very weak. However, the society is meeting the basic needs of its residents effectively, with no pressing issues requiring attention or change.

The society faces several significant issues. The maintenance is below par, leading to ongoing concerns for residents. The construction quality is also lacking, and the amenities provided are minimal. The most disappointing aspect is the RWA's biased approach, as they often ignore the opinions of many residents, favoring only their friends. This partiality is quite frustrating and needs to be addressed for a more inclusive community environment.

The connectivity around the society is currently good because the quality of roads is quite high, with roads remaining intact and public transport readily available. The maintenance services of the society are also commendable, with all services provided on time. Garbage collection occurs punctually, and the surroundings are well maintained. Additionally, the people in the society are friendly and�cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of society is average because the materials used for construction are not of good quality, leading to significant seepage issues. There are also frequent water leakages in bathrooms and kitchens. Additionally, the amenities are not up to par. Therefore, I feel that, considering society's standards, its immunity should�be�larger.

The connectivity is fantastic with access to auto, cabs, and railway station is nearby. It has all the ammenities. The neighborhood is good too.
Things need improvement
There are lift maintenance issues despite high fees, and sometimes the sewer pipe gets blocked.

Good things here
Auto,cabs,ola,uber were easily available near by the society.Society is family friendly and crowd is good and helpful.High security to the resident like all the areas are cctv covered and security gaurds are there on each entrance.Society has neat,clean and hygenic environment.Build quality was good,strong pillars.
Things need improvement
All the modern amenities were there in the society but nothing was functional at that period of time.public transport was far away from the society.

Autos and buses are easily accessible from the society. I haven't encountered any issues like leakage, seepage, or cracks on the walls. Additionally, the society boasts amenities such as a gym, garden, play area, and swimming pool.
Things need improvement
The gym and swimming pool are not adequately maintained. Malls and restaurants are located more than 1km away, and the society often needs to bring in tankers for water supply. Additionally, there are traffic jam issues on the main road, affecting accessibility.

Good things here
Although the society is in constructional phase, there is no issue for water supply or power backup, all of ti has been very well taken care of. since it is a society which is literally on the main road, the conenctivity of thsi society to different public transporattaion and markets is top notch. a very spacious community hall is there where the events are celebrated byt he residents in a lively manner
Things need improvement
The society is in constructional phase due to which there is an issue of seepage and leakage in the flats. The walls are still in progress along with he fittings of pipe.
