Good things here
Easy access to auto rickshaws, metro stations, train stations, and taxis is made possible via connectivity. Numerous facilities are available inside the society, including a park, children's play area, garden, gym, swimming pool, clubs, and plenty of parking. The location is well-ventilated and receives plenty of sunlight. The individuals in the neighborhood are helpful and friendly.
Things need improvement
The structure appears old and ill-maintained as a result of the paint on the walls and the peeling plaster. It is inconvenient to report maintenance concerns, and it is really aggravating because the work frequently gets severely delayed.

Good things here
Elevator is working fine, providing convenient access to different floors.Parking facilities are adequate, ensuring residents have a place to park their vehicles.Presence of parks within the society, offering green spaces for relaxation and recreation.

Local transportation issues, with the metro being far away approx. 1 hour away from the residence and potentially inconvenient.Hospitals located 10km away from the society, posing challenges in accessing healthcare services during emergencies.Maintenance issues within the society, indicating potential problems with upkeep and management.Street animals causing problems, such as noise or safety concerns, within the vicinity.Mixed neighborhood dynamics, where not everyone shares the same values or behaviors, potentially leading to social tensions or conflicts.

The construction is strong. Also the interior fixtures are great. There is a spacious car parking for two cars. Project still being constructed, some construction noise is there to deal if you are working at home but mobile network is good so far.

Emenox La Solara has offered me basically all that I wanted. Happy to report that project ambiance is very good with garden, and others Overall locality is safe neighborhood but water logging problem is there during heavy rainfall. 1404 sq.ft is big enough to set furniture and overall interior.

I loved the interior of rooms offered. They are spacious and have modern high quality fixtures to check upon. Overall, i found this project worth to look upon and investing for long-term purpose.

Emenox La Solara is very good project for people looking to live in prime Noida location within slightly better budget. Developer has given excellent amenities, right from gym and jogging track to open space, greenery, walking and fire safety, security service, power backup and many other such things. Everything is top class here.

I bought the 3BHK flat at this Emenox La Solara, and i must say it is the best project and is quite in the interior part of the main city. Modern amenities attracted my attention; moreover, it is close to my workplace. Since i am a married guy, the kid's pool and multi-purpose hall is the best amenities offered.
