The convenient connectivity to nearby malls, hospitals, and markets. Additionally, the social amenities were well-maintained and added to a comfortable living experience. Residents were cooperative and friendly, making the community a pleasant place to live in, which enhanced the overall atmosphere of the project.
Things need improvement
The poor construction quality of the building was evident, with frequent issues like seepage and cracks in walls. Additionally, maintenance charges were unreasonably high, leading to a financial burden on residents. Overall, the project's delayed completion and lack of proper upkeep made it a disappointing living environment, which detracted from the overall satisfaction of residing there.

On the downside, the poor construction quality of the project is disappointing. The delays of more than 10 years and issues with subvention EMI payments have caused uncertainty and frustration. The stalled construction progress has left the project incomplete and undesirable as my former home, which is regrettable.
