I'm impressed by the meticulous maintenance of our society, with cleanliness and hygiene being top priorities. The timely garbage collection, segregation of wet and dry waste, and the absence of waterlogging or mobile network issues further contribute to the overall comfort and convenience. Security is also well taken care of, with CCTV cameras installed and friendly, attentive security guards ensuring our safety. The availability of functional lifts, good ventilation, and the absence of stray dog issues add to the comfort of living here. One of the highlights for me is the range of amenities available within the society, including a gym, park, club house, and play area for kids. I have been living here for quite some time and haven't faced any major issues. However, I think the management needs to focus a bit more on maintenance. Other than that, everything is absolutely fine.

I am a former resident and I used to live in that society and had no issues at all. Everything was perfect there. The connectivity was excellent with easy access to autos, cabs, and the railway station. The maintenance was top-notch with clean lifts, proper garbage collection, and no water tank issues. The construction was solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks. The amenities were great, including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, with no problems with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. Overall, it was a great place to live.

There were no issues or problems thhere. Everything was so perfect during my stay that I don�t have any complaints or negative points to mention. Everything from connectivity to maintenance, construction, amenities, and the neighborhood was just perfect.

I enjoyed having my own vehicle, and ample parking space was available for both residents and visitors. Water was consistently available, and the society maintained high cleanliness standards. All modern amenities were present and in good condition. The flats were well-ventilated, and the community was friendly. Maintenance charges were reasonable, and regular lift maintenance ensured smooth functioning.
Things need improvement
The local railway station was situated 2. 2 kilometers away, which might have been inconvenient for daily commutes. Additionally, there was a significant issue with leakage and seepage in the flat, which could have caused discomfort and inconvenience for the residents.

Everything is excellent in the society. I've been living here for 5 years, and I've never faced any issues. It's the number 1 society with excellent construction quality, maintenance services, and amenities�all well-maintained. The connectivity is amazing too, with markets, malls, and schools nearby.
Things need improvement
There are some significant issues in the society. There is a recurring problem with internet connectivity; the network is unreliable. Additionally, there is a severe water issue, especially during the summer. While the water supply is supposed to be adequate, it often doesn't meet the needs of residents, making it�a�major�issue.

The bus and auto stand are conveniently located near the society, and traffic is not an issue in the area. There are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. Each flat has a balcony, and all modern amenities are available. The residents are friendly, and there is ample parking space. The society is clean, and the lifts are well-maintained. Maintenance charges are justified, and there is plenty of greenery around.
Things need improvement
The society is not located near a local railway station, so one has to take an auto to reach there. Occasionally, there may be a shortage of drinking water, especially during the summers.

Everything is fine here but the only thing I miss is having a swimming pool or gym, as it's a standalone building so they have not provided these amenities.
