Good things here
Local amenities of the society are excellent. Security is good and very secure, making it a safe environment. Maintenance is very good; water facilities are excellent, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained. The greenery in the society is very good. Security systems are very good. Public transportation is available with accessible bus stops within walking distance from the society. Shops are also available within 1-2 kilometers from the society, which is convenient. Parking facilities are very spacious and convenient.
Things need improvement
There are no visitor areas or parks in the society. The nearby metro station is under construction, which is inconvenient. There are no traffic issues outside the society.

Things need improvement
The society is surrounded by pollution, and traffic congestion worsens during the evening hours. Additionally, ongoing metro construction in front of the society adds to the disruption. However, the presence of multiple multi-specialty hospitals within 3-4 kilometers offers convenience for emergency medical needs. "

Connectivity like auto stand is available in front of the society. There is a main road infront of the society for all facilities. Aminities are good. People are very good in the society
Things need improvement
There is a pollution around the society that isinconvienet. Maintaining of lift is very bad.

It is located in krishnaveni nagar, chennai south which is a pollution free zone. Transports are easily available in the location but there is poor street lighting which is not safe for driving at night.

The apartment provides a high quality living to the people and it is a 3 and 4 BHK villas. It has beautiful views of the skyline and landscape and the area is totally pollution free.
