Waste management is commendable, with separate collection of wet and dry waste conducted daily. The residents are known for their friendliness and respectfulness, often coming together to celebrate various festivals. Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily accessible, especially when booking Ola and Uber. Cleaning efforts are thorough, both inside and outside the society, enhancing convenience for residents. Moreover, the society boasts abundant greenery, contributing to a pleasant living environment.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court, which could enhance residents' recreational options. Maintenance charges in the society are expensive, which may pose a financial burden on residents. Additionally, the roads within the society are not well-maintained, impacting residents' convenience and safety.

The environment is serene and harmonious, with friendly and cooperative residents. We joyfully celebrate various festivals together, including Bathukamma, Holi, Diwali, and Ganesh festivals. Our society offers amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is affordable, ensuring daily cleaning and efficient garbage collection. We benefit from 24/7 water and power backup, and the lift operates smoothly. The construction is solid, with no issues of leakage. In terms of connectivity, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals are all within a 1 km radius. The roads are well-maintained, with functional street lights and ample parking space available.

Traffic congestion within the society poses significant inconveniences, requiring immediate attention to enhance movement and ensure residents' safety.

The society prides itself on excellent maintenance, ensuring reliable water, power, and elevator services. Furthermore, amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, playground, and children's play area are well-maintained. As a newly constructed society, there are no issues with leakages, contributing to a comfortable living environment.

Common traffic issues in the society include congestion during peak hours, insufficient parking facilities, and occasional roadblocks. Addressing these issues would require measures to improve traffic flow and enhance transportation infrastructure for the convenience of residents.

Maintenance charges are slightly expensive, but that is not an issue because all maintenance services, including cleaning and fixing pipeline issues, are promptly addressed. Additionally, amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, and gym are available.

One challenge is the difficulty of accessing transportation without relying on mobile apps. The construction quality is not so great.

Good construction quality and no one has complained about water leakage problems.

The major issue in this society is that there are no proper playgrounds for kids to play, and there's also a lack of mini theaters.

Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, auditorium, swimming pool, park, temple, and playgrounds are easily accessible for everyone and well-maintained. The construction quality of the society is also high, with no leakage issues or cracks.
Things need improvement
There are no EV charging stations available for residents to charge their electric vehicles within the community. Additionally, the swimming pool is only operational during the summer months.
