I shifted here in Kool homes society in 2020 and its been 3 years and the feeling is surreal. The houses are quite big according to the price range. Parking's are available for every family. Visitor parking is separated which is very convenient as there are so many residents.

The air quality is so good as this place is in between greenery with lots of trees and plants around it. The society is pet friendly with good people who are great neighbours. People are well educated and they are very accepting in nature which makes life very easy.

One of the most spacious and oldest housing society and the apartments are well designed and beautifully put together. The buildings are still intact even though its quite old. maintained is regular and no issues of quality is been seen. One of the best society in this area.

The place has everything around the corner be it schools, banks, vegetable market, salons for both men and women, meat shops and many more. Even the malls, cinema halls, pantry, dairy brands are within 5kms.

Kool homes rising landscapes is situated with a backdrop of mountains and the view is serene and static. The mornings here are very pretty with a beautiful sunrise view of mountains and birds chirping.
