Good things here
The good construction quality and lush green surroundings enhanced the living experience, making it pleasant. Having plenty of shops within the society and easy access to public transport added to the convenience factor. The friendly community and inclusive celebrations made it a vibrant and welcoming place to live. Additionally, having a spacious playground and well-maintained club were added bonuses that contributed to a fulfilling lifestyle.
Things need improvement
Lack of social amenities and the poor quality of the buildings. There weren't enough green spaces or play areas, and the maintenance services weren't great. Overall, it was just okay because of the limited facilities and the high maintenance costs.

Living here as a tenant because it's close to major IT hubs, offices, malls, and other amenities has its perks. The convenient location makes it easy to access essential facilities .

The construction quality of the buildings is also not up to par, with issues like seepage, poor plaster quality, and cracks in the walls, which affects the overall living experience negatively.

Good things here
Living here is great because we're close to everything we need�malls, markets, and public transport are all nearby, which makes life easier. Plus, it feels safe with the security checks on outsiders and safe parking for our cars.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities, the buildings are poorly constructed, and the security guards behave unprofessionally. Plus, the place feels too crowded because of how everything is packed together, and the neighbors aren't very friendly, which adds to the negativity.

Everything you need, from hospitals and schools to markets and public transport, is within a 1km radius. The amenities are plentiful, including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and kids' play area. The construction is excellent and well-maintained, and the community is welcoming. There are also options for covered and basement parking available.

The best aspect of the society is its peaceful environment, with minimal crowding. However, if the society were to install proper fencing, it would significantly improve. In terms of aesthetics, the society is quite fancy, with ample greenery adding to its charm.

The maintenance service provided by the society is also unsatisfactory, with issues often left unresolved unless residents personally visit the office to report them. Additionally, the lack of nearby markets and the need to walk 1 km to another block for basic supplies can be inconvenient for residents.
