With CCTV surveillance and a vigilant security guard on duty 24/7, safety concerns are a thing of the past. The construction quality is exceptional, evident in the sturdy walls and fittings that withstand the test of time. Regular painting ensures that the building always looks fresh and inviting, while the absence of seepage or termite issues speaks volumes about the attention to detail. The ample ventilation creates a refreshing atmosphere throughout, and the efficient garbage collection system, coupled with wet and dry garbage segregation, promotes environmental consciousness. The uninterrupted supply of electricity and water is a godsend, eliminating any inconvenience. Each resident enjoys the luxury of designated parking, a valuable commodity in urban living. The presence of a clubhouse and a well-maintained garden adds to the allure of community living, providing spaces for relaxation and socialization. Cabs and buses are nearby the soceity and grocery store is not far , soceity is well cleaned and maintained , no leakage and seepage in the houses , neighbors are neighbors are friendly and decent

The neighbors in the society are non-interactive, rarely engaging with each other or participating in community activities. This lack of interaction can make the living environment feel isolated and less friendly, reducing the sense of community among residents.

Peoples bohot helpful and friendly hai . festival sare celebrate hoti hai. amenitis sare celebrate hoti hai. ventilation bohot badiya hai. maintenance achhi hai. lift well maintained hai. garbage collection daily hoti hai. public transport nearby hai.
Things need improvement
Walls mai bohot cracks hai, seepage ,leakage kab bhi problem hai. monkeys ka bohot jada problem ,hai. parking slot alloted hai phir bhi kabhi kabhi dikkat hojati hoti hai.

Good things here
The flats are properly ventilated, with ample sunlight. Water is available 24/7. The residents are all cooperative and celebrate festivals together. Auto-rickshaws are available nearby. The society is clean, and all modern amenities are available.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are not in good condition. There is a slight issue with leakage and seepage in the flat. The metro is not nearby.
