Despite some limitations, the community fosters a modest social life with occasional gatherings, offering opportunities for interaction among residents.
Things need improvement
One of the notable drawbacks is the lack of proximity to essential services such as grocery stores, which could inconvenience residents needing regular access to daily necessities. The construction quality also falls short of expectations, evident in ongoing issues that require frequent maintenance. Additionally, while the amenities are generally well-maintained, there is room for improvement in terms of variety and accessibility. The social life within the community, while existing, is somewhat limited in terms of organized events and inclusivity, which may not fully meet the social expectations of all residents.

Transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible just outside the society, enhancing connectivity for residents. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores, providing convenient access to daily essentials. Additionally, the community spirit among residents fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, with everyone coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.
Things need improvement
Currently, the society is undergoing construction, and the surrounding area is still in the process of development. However, the construction quality within the society leaves much to be desired, as issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems are common. Additionally, both internal and external maintenance concerns persist, with cleanliness and upkeep being only average. Unfortunately, essential amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids are not yet available within the society.

Good things here
Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is a big plus. We have 24/7 electricity and water supply, and there's designated parking for each resident. There's also a play area and garden for kids, which is great for families. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other. The connectivity is good, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby.
Things need improvement
The major drawbacks are the absence of a swimming pool or gym. Additionally, there's a seepage issue in my apartment that has been a bit bothersome. Overall, it's a decent place to live with a few minor inconveniences.

Good things here
The construction quality is good, as I have never seen any seepage in my apartment. The apartment is spacious with enough ventilation. There is a small mall-type market nearby, and overall maintenance is good with everything done in a timely manner. Garbage collection is proper, and the neighbors are nice and well-behaved. I have never faced any type of discrimination in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is just okay, sometimes autos are available and sometimes not. There are no amenities in the society, such as a gym, clubhouse, garden, or play area. It would be really helpful to have a shop inside the society; there used to be one, but it has been closed now.

The maintenance of the society is extremely poor, which is very concerning for residents. The construction quality is also substandard, leading to various structural issues. The amenities are lacking, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. Additionally, the increasing number of bachelors as tenants has become a problem, as they often create chaos and disrupt the peace of the society.

Good things here
Connectivity here is good due to nearby metro stations, autos and cabs are easily accessible. Parking space is also provided. No issues regarding water supply and electric supply.
Things need improvement
I'm not happy with the construction quality of the society. The lift facilities are there, but they aren't maintained well. There are issues with seepage and leakages. Most people living here are bachelors, so there aren't many families. Therefore residents aren't very friendly and they tend to be lost in their own world, and there is a lack of security guards.

Good things here
Amenities like gym, temple, park, basketball court, badminton court, general store and parking were available. The elevator were installed. Flats were very spacious and well maintained. Balconies were provided. The parking lot was also well maintained. The environment was very peaceful and safe.
Things need improvement
The maintenance quality of the society was very poor with no regular cleaning and hygiene. The garden was not maintained properly. Although some improvements were done initially but the situation remains the same till now. Transportation connectivity near the society was also average with difficult accessibility to public transport, had to depend on mostly private vehicles and cabs. The location is quite isolated. Construction quality was also poor with seepage and leakage issues in the master bedroom and bathroom. Amenities like the swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. The generator back up was not provided, which caused a lot of Inconvenience. The residents didn't interact with the bachelors, but otherwise they were decent.

Good things here
Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory with routes linked to main road, traffic is manageable. Maintenance is good with no water supply and logging issues. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage, termite and leakage issues. Walls quality is also fine. Paintings are done on time. There is an open space in the society premises. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Residents are decent.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available. Personally, interaction with the neighbours is less being a bachelor in the society.

Garbage collection is done punctually, and residents come together to celebrate all cultural festivals.
