Good things here
Beautiful society, spacious flats. Well gated community with 24x7 PMC water supply even in bathrooms. Very good amenities. People are friendly and everything is accessible. This society is in a very Prime location opp. Lodha Towers.
Things need improvement
Everything is fine now. Earlier there was a delay from Builder for the amenities completion but now everything is great! We will soon have society handover from builder. A1 building is still under construction but will finish soon by next year.

Good things here
The people are like Minded . Since peopel from different cast and creed stay over here. we get a complete feel of like a united India.
Things need improvement
WHat i dislike the most is builder's behaviour. They are fraud and cheat. They had not handed over the society . Maintenance receipts is mismanaged. fund is diluted with eprsonal funds. Work is not accomlished as committed on brochure. Whenever we approach with pending lists, only dates and false committments. The builder has never bothered about the residents' safety.
