Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily accessible and very convenient in our community. Water facilities are excellent, and extensive power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. The residents are very friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups, adding to the convenience. Parking areas are well-organized and visitor parking is available. The availability of a party hall for functions adds to the convenience. Nearby hospitals in the city provide accessible healthcare options. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for residents. Plans to enhance security from July will further ensure safety in the society, which already boasts good security measures. Residents enjoy vibrant celebrations for every festival within the community, fostering a lively and inclusive environment.
Things need improvement
The cleanliness in our society is lacking, especially in garden maintenance and specific areas like the sitting and parking areas, which are consistently unclean. The construction quality is also subpar, evidenced by cracks in the walls and leakages in bathroom walls. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, and gyms are available but not well-maintained, which is inconvenient and requires significant improvement.

Good things here
The surrounding people are friendly, and we celebrate many festivals together, like Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Independence Day, and Republic Day. Within the community, there is a supermarket, grocery stores, and a school, hospitals, and a petrol bunk within 1 km. The road quality is excellent, street lights are present, and there is good parking space for residents. The maintenance of the society is good, with daily cleaning and proper garbage collection. There are no issues with water and power. Construction-wise, the buildings are well-ventilated with good rooms. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall.
Things need improvement
The society faces significant pollution issues, primarily due to nearby construction and traffic. Increased dust and noise levels impact residents' health. Implementing green buffers and stricter regulations could help mitigate these problems.
