Good things here
I appreciate the good connectivity here, with public transport easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which is very convenient. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Each resident has designated parking, and the community rules are well followed. We have regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply are reliable. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. I have very nice, friendly neighbors, and we celebrate each festival together, creating a warm community atmosphere. The elevators are installed and maintained properly, and there is a CCTV camera and security guard available for added safety.
Things need improvement
On the downside, the maintenance for amenities could be improved, as it feels like there is less attention given to their upkeep. Additionally, the amenities are quite small, which limits their usability and can be disappointing. Addressing these issues would make the living experience even better.

The society's impeccable upkeep is evident in its immaculate condition, completely devoid of leaks or seepage. The well-maintained amenities, such as the top-notch gym and spotless swimming pool, reflect the community's dedication to quality. Excellent connectivity ensures easy access to various services and destinations, supported by a robust public transport network of buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, facilitating daily commutes. Residents benefit from the close proximity to vibrant markets, grocery stores, healthcare services, and educational institutions, including schools and colleges. Things need improvement
Upkeep of the society was good. There was no issue of seepage and leakage everything is very easy yo accessible there was no issue with anything however if interaction with people would be more then it will be good.

Good things here
The neighborhood is welcoming, and the elevators are well built and maintained. For protection, there is a security guard on duty. There is easy access to public transportation, including cars, buses, and cabs, and the society is well-connected. There is a market and hospital close by, and the roads are in decent shape. There are no problems with seepage or flaws in the construction, and the buildings have enough ventilation. Regular trash collection, a consistent supply of water and electricity, and available and maintained facilities including a clubhouse, gym, play area, garden, and swimming pool are all enjoyed by the residents.
Things need improvement
The clubhouse, gym, play area, garden, and swimming pool are all present in the community, although they are not well maintained. The fact that these amenities aren't functioning properly lessens the tenant's ability to use and enjoy them. The general quality of life would be greatly improved by maintaining and upgrading these infrastructures.

Good things here
The neighbors here are wonderful, always friendly and ready to socialize, which creates a warm and welcoming community. The society is equipped with all the basic amenities one could ask for, including a swimming pool, gym, playground, and clubhouse. The construction quality is top-notch, and the cleanliness is perfect, making it a pleasant place to live. Additionally, the proximity to numerous schools and colleges, such as Ram Swadi School and Dholebateria Engineering College, adds great convenience for families and students.
Things need improvement
It�s hard to find much to criticize in this society, as everything is well-maintained and functional. However, sometimes the high standards can lead to complacency. While all amenities like the swimming pool, gym, playground, and clubhouse are in excellent condition, there is a lack of innovation or new initiatives to keep things fresh and exciting. The community events and social gatherings, while pleasant, can feel repetitive over time.

Things need improvement
There were no issue with the maintenance of the society. Everything was well maintained and construction quality was also very good. There was only issue was the behaviour of people that should b improve.

Good things here
Autos were not immediately available near the society but were within walking distance, which was manageable. Ola and Uber could be easily booked online and were accessible. There were no issues with leaks or dampness in the flats. The society offered amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and play area, all well-maintained. Water supply was reliable and available 24/7, and the cleanliness of the society was consistently maintained. Residents were generally decent, and the chairman was cooperative. Pets were allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
There was no garden designated for senior citizens. The treasurer was not very pleasant to interact with and was uncooperative. The society enforced strict rules regarding bachelors, prohibiting them entirely from residing there

Good things here
There are no issues with power cuts, as there is backup for all flats and buildings. There is ample parking for both residents and visitors. Water is available 24/7, and cleanliness is well-maintained. There are no problems with leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated together, and the community is made up of decent, friendly people.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in the society seem higher than what I consider justified based on the facilities and amenities provided.
