Good things here
The presence of modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park is excellent. There is good water supply, and the community is friendly with festive celebrations. Ventilation is great, and security measures, along with parking space, are commendable. Connectivity is smooth with no issues in accessing autos and cabs. Maintenance of the building is well-handled, and there are no concerns about leakage, seepage, or cracks.
Things need improvement
I have no issues from my society. Everything functions properly, and I am content with the overall environment. The amenities and services are sufficient for my needs, making it a comfortable and convenient place. The people are friendly, and the maintenance is dependable. Overall, it is a pleasant place to live without any significant issues.

Good things here
Transportation is good with no traffic near the society. There is parking in the basement for residents and open parking for visitors. The elevators, consisting of 1 service and 1 passenger lift in a single building, are well-maintained. Garbage disposal is regular, and issues are generally fixed promptly, with lifts recovered in one day. The gym, clubhouse, and play area are available and well-ventilated, with sunlight reaching the flats. The neighbors are cooperative. Painting of the buildings is planned to start soon.
Things need improvement
The plaster quality is not very good, making drilling difficult. When something major breaks, it takes more time to fix. The badminton court should be indoor as it is currently in an outdoor area.

Good things here
Just a bit inside the neighborhood, residents can easily walk to access everything they need, like cabs and malls. The people around here are fantastic, and there are great amenities like gyms and swimming pools available. It ensures a clean and enjoyable environment for residents to relax and exercise.
Things need improvement
Connectivity not good enough according to me as for auto & buses we have to go to a distance. security concern also there in society as there are no street lights outside the society.

During road construction in this society, traffic issues can arise, causing inconvenience to residents and impacting daily commutes. This may necessitate the use of alternative routes and patience during the construction period.

Good things here
I moved out of this society around 4 years ago. The people in this society are good and cooperative. There is decent connectivity because cab facilities are easily accessible within a few minutes. Additionally, there are a few schools in the surroundings. Cleanliness, water supply, and good power backup for residents are maintained well. Amenities like pools, play areas, and badminton courts are also well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Tenants in this society always need permission for small things or installations, and also pay fees for this kind of thing. which isn't good

Moreover, the high-quality plaster and available amenities enhance the comfort and convenience for residents.

There is considerable traffic congestion just outside the society, which may impact accessibility and noise levels for residents. Managing this traffic flow effectively is crucial to ensuring safe and convenient transportation for both residents and visitors, while also mitigating any potential disturbances to the neighborhood's peaceful environment.

In this society, maintenance facilities are satisfactory, with no problems related to everyday garbage collection. There are efficient power backup options, and there is no water shortage during summer within the society due to good maintenance services. Connectivity within the society is facilitated by several supermarkets and hospitals, such as Kaveri Hospitals, located within a 1km radius. Transportation facilities are also convenient, with a bus stop just around 500 meters from the society and an upcoming metro station around 1km away. The flats have good ventilation, and there are ample amenities available, including a clubhouse, gym, play area, and ample parking, all of which are consistently well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There is a nearby Big Basket warehouse, which often causes disturbances due to the frequent arrival of vehicles. The water quality is hard and because of this some problems with cracks in the walls. Additionally, The amenities are not great such as the gym is not spacious.

Maintenance standards are high, with regular cleaning services, daily garbage collection, uninterrupted borewell water supply 24/7, and good power backup options for all flats. The construction quality of the society is commendable, with no leakage issues and excellent ventilation within the flats. Moreover, the society offers various amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play area, good parking options.
Things need improvement
Residents inside the society currently do not have access to Kaveri water supply due to the absence of the Kaveri water pipeline in this area.

I moved out of this society around a year ago. During my time there, the festival celebrations were vibrant because the association organized all the events well. There are several supermarkets located within a 1km radius. Well-maintained amenities within the community include a clubhouse, a gym, and a swimming pool. There are no issues with parking due to the ample space provided. Maintenance is good, with regular garbage collection every morning and the surroundings are always kept clean through regular cleaning practices. There are no problems related to construction quality due to good planning and structure, and ventilation is also good.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is lacking due to the absence of major markets, schools, and clinics nearby. Additionally, the water quality is poor, attributed to its hardness. There are no indoor games in this society.
