The occurrence of power cuts is a negative aspect, as it disrupts daily routines and activities that rely on electricity. The presence of seepage issues is a negative aspect, indicating potential problems with construction or maintenance that need to be addressed to prevent structural damage and maintain the quality of living spaces. The absence of swimming pools gym, club house is a drawback

Good things here
The cleanliness is commendable; maintaining a clean environment is appreciated. Quick responses in maintenance are valued, ensuring that things stay in good condition. There are no issues with parking allotment, and organized parking is convenient. Auto-rickshaws are easily available, especially being beside the highway, which is convenient. Security is on point, ensuring safety and peace of mind for residents.
Things need improvement
There are seepage and leakage issues in the society, which create problems for residents. Additionally, there is no swimming pool or gym in the society, which is disappointing. Many would prefer access to these facilities.

Good things here
The society is conveniently located with easy access to highways and public transport, making travel easy. The clubhouse, swimming pool, and green spaces are excellent, improving the quality of life. The building is well-built with modern design and attention to detail. The community is welcoming and great for families and individuals.
Things need improvement
While the location is great, traffic can be tough during busy times. The amenities are nice, but maintenance can be irregular. Some finishing details in construction may not be perfect. The friendliness of the community can vary from very friendly to more reserved depending on who you meet.

Maintenance is proactive, and auto-rickshaws and other transportation options are easily available right outside the society. Security is tight, with gate apps provided to residents. Parking allotment is available for owners, and there's a swimming pool, although additional membership is required to access it.
Things need improvement
There are seepage and leakage issues in a few flats in the society. Tenants have to purchase parking spots, which can be expensive considering it's a basic amenity.

Security is a top priority with a high-security system in place, and the cleanliness of the society is impeccable, with regular cleaning carried out. There are dedicated plumbers and electricians available for maintenance needs. Each flat is provided with one parking space, and there are visitor parking facilities available as well. The community celebrates all festivals together, fostering a sense of unity and belonging.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is lacking, with some units facing issues such as seepage in the society. Additionally, the power backup connection has been allocated only to the common areas, which may pose a inconvenience for residents during power outages.

Good things here
Society's locality is really great like auto,cabs are easily available near by the society even though bus stop is there near by the apartment.High security system in the society and all the areas are under cctv survilance,proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and everything is fully functional in the society.
Things need improvement
Local railway station is not at walkable distance from the society.There were seepage issues in the aparments,so the quality of construction is poor.

Good things here
Auot,cabs are easily available near by the society. build quality is excellent as there are no leakage and seepage issues,rooms are spacious and well designed. Builder has delivered All the modern amenities in the society and everything is well maintained and functional. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. High security system and cctv is available for all the areas. Crowd of the people is really good and all the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro line is under construction and railway station is 2km away from the society but bus service are available. This is family residency and bacholers are not allowed in society.

Allocated parking is given to there residence . very well behaved and residence and even the staff and security system is good . society is very neat clean and hygenic. all the amenities are fuctional .
Things need improvement
Network issues are there in the apartment,society has assigned the monopoly to one of the vendor due to that no other networks are working inside the apartment. frequent power cuts were there. all the apartments were facing leakage issues.

Power back up facilities were provided,allocated visitors and resident parking. high security system,great build quality. local transport facilities available quickly. Maintenance was top notch.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there were traffic jam issues outside the society road as western highway was near by. THere were no amenities in the society ,only play gorund was there.

In this society if you are Tenant ,you have to pay extra charges to use any of the amenities.
