It maintains cleanliness and hygiene, creating a pleasant environment for residents. The security system is reliable, providing a safe living environment. The construction quality is strong, emphasizing durability. Allocated parking spaces are available for both owners and visitors, contributing to convenience within the society.
Things need improvement
One drawback in the society is that the water supply in the washroom area is recycled, which may be seen as a limitation by some residents. The amenities provided include a garden, football court, and basketball court, although these are semi-private and may incur charges for tenants. Connectivity varies depending on the building in which residents reside, which can affect accessibility to services and transportation options.

Good things here
There are hospitals and a great school close by. Getting around with auto rickshaws and taxis is easy. The area is clean, well-maintained, and the buildings are solidly constructed. Residents have access to a functioning pool, clubhouse, and gym. Plus, there's backup power and a reliable water supply. And there's plenty of parking space available.
Things need improvement
Society is bit crowded.

Good things here
Clean and well maintianed sociey. there are malls and a great school nearby. Kids have a play area to enjoy, and there's plenty of parking available. The area is clean, well-maintained, and there are no water problems. The buildings are well-constructed, and residents have access to a gym and swimming pool.

No water logging problem during rainy season,maintainance was good .build quality was great.bachlores were allowed in the society.allocated resident parking was given.

The maintenance facilities were excellent, ensuring that the society remained neat and clean at all times. The amenities were not only good but also impressive, significantly enhancing the overall experience for residents.
Things need improvement
Accessing local transport from the apartment is quite challenging due to poor connectivity. Construction issues such as cracks on the walls are apparent, and the rooms feel cramped with inadequate soundproofing. Additionally, the residents of the apartment aren't very social, which may impact community interactions.

No water logging issues in the apartment. well clean and maintained society.no frequent power cut issues.build quality is appreciatable.bachelor's were allowed in the apartment.neighbours were great.power back up facilities were provided.

Good things here
Women's safety was a top priority with a high-security system in place. Tenants weren't charged extra to use amenities. Schools and hospitals were nearby. The managing committee was responsive in resolving resident's issues.
Things need improvement
The construction quality wasn't great; there were issues like the paint falling off the walls and poor quality units, with seepage problems in the kitchen area.

Good things here
The society benefits from good quality roads and minimal traffic congestion nearby. All amenities are in excellent working condition, and all festivals are celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community. Social cohesion is evident, contributing to a positive living environment.
Things need improvement
Some buildings in the society are around 15 years old, leading to apartments facing issues such as leakage and seepage. Unfortunately, power backup facilities are not provided to individual apartments; connections are only available to common areas.
