Good lighting is important for safety, and having balconies in every apartment is great. Some even have separate servant rooms, which is a nice bonus.
Things need improvement
Our neighborhood has too many flats packed in, making it feel really cramped and congested. There's hardly any privacy, and the noise levels are unbearable.

Maintenance services ensure the society is kept clean, with separate collection of wet and dry waste promoting environmental sustainability. Facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are available for residents. Reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply ensures no issues are faced in this regard. CCTV cameras are installed for security purposes, and the overall security is commendable. Elevators are in good working condition. The community is characterized by understanding and friendliness, and there are no pet-related issues.
Things need improvement
The road construction aimed at improving the average road quality is underway, but ongoing construction near the society, particularly due to a mall being built, is causing traffic congestion. The lack of guest parking inside the society is leading to inconvenience for visitors. Additionally, high maintenance charges are posing a financial burden on residents. Some flats are experiencing sunlight obstruction due to poor planning or construction design. Furthermore, construction quality issues have led to wall damages and plaster coming off, resulting in seepage and leakage problems. There is also a high mosquito population in the area, possibly due to environmental factors or lack of proper measures. Moreover, there are stray cats and dogs roaming around the society, which could potentially pose safety concerns for residents.

The convenience of having a railway station within walking distance adds to the overall ease of transportation. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids enhance the quality of life for residents. The park even has swings, providing recreational opportunities for residents of all ages. The presence of CCTV cameras and functional lifts enhances security and convenience within the community. Regular maintenance, including timely painting, ensures that the society remains well-maintained and visually appealing. The strong sense of community and camaraderie, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all.

It's indeed concerning to hear about the issues with construction quality leading to seepage and leakage problems in the society. Seepage and leakage not only compromise the structural integrity of the buildings but also create discomfort for residents and can potentially lead to further damage if not addressed promptly. It's crucial for the management to take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

The society was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized. Daily garbage collection, along with segregation of wet and dry waste, was diligently carried out. All modern amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids play area were impeccably maintained and fully operational, reflecting the excellent maintenance standards. Additionally, the presence of an internal supermarket made it convenient to access essentials. The society boasted 24-hour water and electricity supply, and stringent security measures were in place, including verification of each person at entry points and CCTV surveillance across all areas. Moreover, strict regulations prohibited hawkers and unauthorized vendors from entering the premises, ensuring a high level of safety and security within�the�society.
Things need improvement
There were some minor plumbing issues in the society, but the maintenance team had provided ample helpers and plumbers to address them promptly. However, when I lived in the society, the swimming pool was not operational, and the connectivity was somewhat lacking, with limited access to local transportation, especially since the metro was still under construction at that time.

I'm impressed by the high level of maintenance in the society; it's always clean, and garbage is collected on time, ensuring a pleasant living environment. The allocated parking spaces mean that parking is never a problem, and the security measures in place provide peace of mind. Connectivity in the area is superb, with easy access to various modes of public transport such as autos, cabs, and buses. The proximity to nearby schools, hospitals, and metro stations further enhances the convenience of living here. The construction quality of the society is top-notch, with well-ventilated flats that ensure comfort and livability.

I'm really happy with the society; everything is excellent and well-kept. From my perspective, no improvements are necessary. It's great to have all the amenities and maintenance done so efficiently.

For me, I feel incredibly fortunate to live in a society that meets all my needs and exceeds my expectations. I honestly can't think of anything that needs improvement. The maintenance is top-notch, security is excellent, and I never have to worry about parking issues.
