Good things here

Living in this community feels like being part of a big family, where we celebrate every festival together. The location is super convenient, with easy access to different parts of the city. Having pet-friendly amenities is a great bonus, and knowing major hospitals like KEM and Global are nearby is reassuring in case of emergencies. Plus, having restaurants, gardens, clubs, gyms, theaters, and malls nearby just makes daily life so much easier and enjoyable.

Good celebration of festivities
Pets friendly
Large clubhouse & spacious gym

Things need improvement

Residents face several challenges in the society, notably in maintenance areas like the building office and lift functionality. The noisy highway nearby creates disturbances, particularly during peak traffic hours. Limited parking space and high maintenance charges add to the inconveniences. Moreover, the distance from schools and daily supply shops may compel residents to rely more on online purchases for convenience.

Good things here

The strong sense of community and the inclusive celebrations we have. As an animal lover, I appreciate that the society is pet-friendly. The central location of the building is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access malls, hospitals, restaurants, and other amenities. Plus, having a well-maintained club, spacious playground, and advanced gym facility really enhances the overall living experience.

Things need improvement

The bustling traffic near the highway can indeed be noisy and disruptive, particularly during peak times, which can inconvenience residents on lower floors. The limited parking space and frequent traffic jams can also be frustrating for those who rely on personal vehicles for transportation. Furthermore, the high maintenance charges may pose a burden for some residents, especially if the building is not adequately maintained despite the fees imposed.

Good things here

The robust security measures in place, including two levels of security at the main gate and building entrance, ensure residents feel safe and secure. The ample parking space and greenery within the society are also noteworthy features that contribute to its charm. Plus, being close to major hospitals like KEM and Global adds a significant advantage for residents, providing peace of mind in case of emergencies.

Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
Nice park and kids playarea
Lot of green & open space

Things need improvement

The persistent noise from honking vehicles due to congestion and traffic jams is indeed a significant nuisance for residents. Additionally, occasional issues with the building office and encounters with rude staff members can lead to frustration among residents. Moreover, the distance of schools and daily supply stores from the house, necessitating reliance on online purchases, can pose inconveniences for families residing in the society.

Things need improvement

Residents in the building express concern over the lack of proper maintenance, particularly in common areas like the building office. The close proximity to the highway results in significant noise pollution during peak traffic hours, disrupting residents' peace, especially those on lower floors. Limited parking space and high maintenance charges further compound the challenges faced by residents in this property.
