Good things here
This society is a small community with around 100 families residing here. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with nearby schools, clinics, and supermarkets within a 1 to 1. 5 km radius. The bus stop is approximately 1 km away from the society. Additionally, there are small shops like vegetable and medical shops nearby. The construction of the society is also excellent, there are no issues with seepage, and no cracks are present. Sunlight and air circulation inside the flats are excellent. The maintenance charges are nominal, and good facilities are provided, such as daily cleaning in the common areas and efficient garbage collection and disposal. The society offers various amenities, including a gym and a swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a badminton court, basketball play area, and football play area located approximately 100 meters outside the society. Security systems within the society are top-notch, with high-quality staff ensuring safety and security for all residents.
Things need improvement
The connectivity to places like petrol bunks and major hospitals is not near the society. The play area provided within the society is very small, and there is a lack of modern amenities.

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society at a particular time. Ventilation of the flats is excellent. There is ample greenery in the apartment complex. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, table tennis, badminton court, and basketball court are well-maintained in the society. There are medical shops, supermarkets, and small clinics nearby, within a walkable distance from the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of the swimming pool is not good; the cleaning is inadequate in the society. Public transportation like buses is far from the society, approximately 1. 5 kilometers away, which is very inconvenient. There are some traffic issues nearby the society. Cleaning of the society is very poor both outside and inside the society; this should be improved.

Good things here
Connectivity via cabs is very convenient here. The greenery of the society is well-maintained and beautiful. People are very friendly in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues whatsoever. Amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained. People are very satisfied here. The green areas are very well-maintained and attractive. Cleanliness is very good and very well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The roads are not as good as they should be in the society. There is some traffic issue outside the society. The greenery should be improved in the society.

There were slight issues with cleaning and insufficient sunlight because the building was parallel. Connectivity was also so-so; sometimes autos and cabs were available, sometimes they weren�t. There were no additional amenities or facilities available.

Good things here
I moved out of this society around 1 and a half years ago. At that time, the connectivity was excellent. There are several schools nearby, such as National Public School and Cambridge, all within a distance of 1 to 2 kilometers. Additionally, there is a bus station within 1 kilometer's reach. The construction quality is commendable, there are no leakage issues, and any necessary repairs are promptly addressed by the management due to excellent maintenance practices. Furthermore, the water supply is reliable. Amenities such as a play area, swimming pool, and ample parking options are available, along with facilities for table tennis.
Things need improvement
The only problem is that residents of some blocks were not cooperative. They consistently resist management decisions and rules, causing inconvenience for everyone living here.

In this society, connectivity is excellent, with nearby supermarkets, schools, and bus stops within a 1 to 2-kilometer radius. There are excellent maintenance facilities in place, including daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. Additionally, there are reliable power backup options available. The society's association is efficient, ensuring timely responses to residents' complaints. All buildings within the society are well-constructed, with good ventilation from all four sides. Furthermore, the society offers a range of amenities such as a gym, party hall, swimming pool, and children's play areas. Ample security guards are stationed throughout the premises to ensure the safety and security of all residents.

There are no indoor gaming activities available for residents and children within the society, and there are also no major hospitals nearby.

Power backup is available in the society, and garbage collection is very good as they collect wet and dry waste separately. Markets are also available very close to the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The atmosphere of the society is very good and peaceful. Schools are located very near to the society, within walking distance. Hospitals are also nearby, within a half-kilometer from the society, making it convenient for emergencies. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society and celebrate some festivals together.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is very poor in the society, and even if we book cabs, they are not readily available nearby. The water facility is not good in the society, and the construction quality is also poor, with many leakages in bathrooms and numerous cracks on walls, likely due to it being an old building, around 10 years old. Additionally, the parking area is very small in the society. There is a lot of pollution in front of the society due to drainage issues, and the presence of pigs nearby makes the surroundings very dirty.
