The society boasts a range of well-maintained amenities, from swimming pools to clubhouses, gyms, and more, ensuring residents have plenty of recreational options. The construction quality, including bathrooms, is top-notch, reflecting the overall good infrastructure of the society. With several hospitals within 2-3 kilometers, healthcare is easily accessible. We're fortunate to have reliable water facilities available round the clock, along with power backup. The community is respectful, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste at designated times.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are on the higher side, at around 3. 5 rupees per square foot. Unfortunately, the metro station is quite a distance away, approximately 6 kilometers from the city, which may pose a challenge for residents relying on public transport. However, public transportation is available within a reasonable distance, around 4 kilometers from the society, which is still convenient. It's worth noting that there's no designated visitor parking area within the society, requiring visitors to park outside, which can be inconvenient at times.

The location is fantastic, with essential amenities like medical shops, supermarkets, ATMs, a bus stop, and a vegetable market all within a 1 km radius. Properly working street lights add to the safety of the area. Basement parking is available, and past construction issues like leakages have been successfully resolved. The room design is impressive, offering good ventilation and balconies for added comfort. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, and party hall are available for residents to enjoy. Maintenance is top-notch, with regular garbage collection ensuring cleanliness. Water and power supply are reliable, and the lift is in proper working order. Plus, the people in the community are friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.

Pollution issues in the society include air and noise pollution resulting from traffic congestion, improper waste disposal, and the lack of green spaces. These factors can have a significant impact on residents' health and well-being, highlighting the importance of addressing environmental concerns for a better quality of life in the community.

The connectivity in our area is fantastic, with essential facilities like hospitals, shopping malls, ATMs, schools, grocery stores, and supermarkets all within a 3km radius. The roads are in good condition, and street lights are working well for added safety. Ample parking spaces are available for residents and visitors alike. Amenities such as children's play areas and party halls are provided for recreation and gatherings. Maintenance is efficient, with daily garbage collection, well-maintained lifts, and 24/7 water availability ensuring a comfortable living environment. The balconies are well-ventilated, and the community is friendly, often coming together for ongoing celebrations, fostering a sense of camaraderie and belonging.
Things need improvement
It's disappointing to hear that maintenance only occurs upon request, and the reliability of the power backup is questionable. Additionally, the subpar construction quality and inadequate security measures are concerning. These issues need to be addressed to ensure the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of residents in the community.

Good things here
The maintenance charges in our society are quite reasonable, around 2700 rupees for a 2BHK flat covering 850 square feet. Public transportation like buses is easily accessible within a 1-kilometer radius. We're fortunate to have a children's hospital and a women's hospital within walking distance from the city. While there's plenty of spacious parking available, we also have dedicated parking within the society. Water facilities are reliable round the clock, and there's backup power available too.
Things need improvement
Getting a cab or auto isn't as straightforward here; even if we manage to book one, it might get canceled on short notice. The construction quality leaves something to be desired since the buildings are quite old, around 9 years. We've noticed some minor cracks in the buildings, which is concerning. Visitor parking is a real hassle with only 10 spaces available, making it very inconvenient. Manipal Hospital is quite a distance away, about 15 kilometers from the city, and the metro stations aren't much closer, around 8-9 kilometers from the society.

Situated excellently, it's within a 500-meter radius of Sriram School and surrounded by vegetable vendors and markets. Conveniently, there's a bus stop nearby, and streetlights ensure safety at night. Parking spaces are designated for each resident, ensuring orderliness. Maintenance charges are reasonable, covering services such as garbage collection and daily cleaning, ensuring a clean environment. There are no issues with water and power supply, providing uninterrupted services. Moreover, the society boasts amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, billiards room, and community hall, enhancing residents' quality of life.

The road outside the society tends to be dusty, requiring regular maintenance to ensure a cleaner environment for residents and pedestrians passing through.

The community is friendly, fostering good interaction among residents.

The clubhouse is very spacious. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. The construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leakage issues because it's a new building. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7. There are senior citizens present in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Ventilation of the flats is very good. Maintenance charges are also very reasonable in the society.

The painting quality in the society is not good. The cleaning of the roads is also not up to par; there is a lot of dust on the roads. Improvement is needed in the cleanliness of the society.

The community celebrates festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Shivaratri, Republic Day, and Independence Day.

The walking area is not well-maintained in the society. Due to the water facility issues, hair fall is also occurring. Public transportation is also inadequate in the society; there are no buses near the society. Solar panels should be improved in the society.
