Connectivity via cabs and autos is readily available, which is highly convenient for local and area visits. The accessibility of localities is excellent, further enhancing convenience. Street cleaning is commendable, with roads cleaned twice a day, which adds to the overall convenience. The community is known for its friendly and sociable residents. Water facilities are very reliable, and extensive power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Maintenance charges are reasonable, contributing to the affordability for residents. Parking areas are well-organized and convenient, with dedicated visitor parking available. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of leakages or seepages in the premises. Residents enjoy a range of well-maintained amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, tennis courts, and kids' play areas, providing ample recreational opportunities within the society.
Things need improvement
There are traffic issues outside the city area, which can be very inconvenient for residents. Additionally, meteorological factors around 3 km from the city also pose inconveniences.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage and leakage issues in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and maintained well in the society. There is visitor parking available in the society. The atmosphere in the society is very calm and peaceful, making it very convenient. The sanitation is very good in the society.
Things need improvement
Public transportation like buses are available approximately 3-4 kilometers away from the society. Metro stations are further away, around 5-6 kilometers from the society. Hospitals are also available within a 3-4 kilometer radius, making them convenient for emergency situations in the vicinity.

The maintenance of the society is outstanding. They handle everyday tasks like cleaning floors and balcony areas diligently. Garbage collection is timely, and there is 24/7 water and power supply. The maintenance charges are reasonable. The lift functions well, and the location is advantageous, with schools, hospitals, bus stops, and supermarkets within 2 km radius. Amenities such as table tennis, basketball court, yoga room, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available. Maintenance-wise, they clean and collect garbage daily, ensuring good water and power supply.
Things need improvement
There is a broken road within their society, posing inconvenience to residents. Urgent repairs are needed to ensure safe and smooth transportation for all community members.

Maintenance charges are reasonable. Greenery in the society is very good and well-maintained; it's a good society overall. Parking areas are very spacious.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is not available, which is very inconvenient. Buses are also not available nearby, making it very inconvenient. There is no nearby metro station, which adds to the inconvenience.

Good things here
Autos and cabs are easily available. There are no leakage or seepage issues in the flats. The society has all modern amenities, and the maintenance charges are justified. There is sufficient greenery. Water is available 24/7, and festivals are celebrated enthusiastically. If there is ever any issue with the water supply, the society informs residents in advance.
Things need improvement
The society management has many rules, such as not allowing shoe racks to be kept outside the flats, which is problematic because the flats are small and there isn't enough space inside. These strict rules cause a lot of problems for us. Additionally, there are no buses or metro stations near the society.

The roads outside the society were well-maintained. There was no issue of leakage or seepage in the flat. The society had all modern amenities. Water was available 24/7. There was sufficient greenery. The residents were decent.
Things need improvement
The society was well-maintained when the builder was in charge, but issues with maintenance started arising after the committee took over. Maintenance charges were high. Autos were not easily available near the society; you had to go to the main road. It would have been better if you had your own vehicle; otherwise, connectivity was a big issue.

Good things here
I like the good quality of elevators (two for passengers and one for delivery), the presence of a good gym and clubhouse, and the precautions taken during the first wave of Corona when you were pregnant.
Things need improvement
I dislike the difficulties faced in finding auto and cab services four years ago, the unresolved seepage and fungus issues inside the flat despite calls to Prestige, ventilation and maintenance issues with stinky and smelly walls, the poor condition of the kitchen slab, and the problem of people spitting and throwing paper everywhere, affecting maintenance.

In the society, water and electricity are always available, and there is also power backup. Near the society, you can find autos, rickshaws, buses, and the metro. Grocery stores are also nearby. The neighbors talk nicely and all the amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are there, so people can enjoy themselves.

People in the society don't face any problems. All the facilities are provided, and everyone can enjoy them. Everything is very convenient and nearby.

However, the frequent construction noise can be disruptive, and sometimes maintenance is delayed. Additionally, the green spaces could be better maintained to enhance the overall ambiance of the society.
