The maintenance here is commendable, with painting done on time and everything kept in good condition. The elevator is installed and up-to-date, which adds to the convenience for all residents. Amenities include a clubhouse and 24/7 CCTV coverage, ensuring safety and offering a space for social activities. The presence of security measures like CCTV provides a sense of security and peace of mind. The neighbors are cooperative and friendly, creating a family-like atmosphere, which is a significant positive aspect of living here. It's wonderful to have a supportive community where everyone looks out for each other. Despite the challenges, this sense of community makes living here a more pleasant experience

Transportation is a major issue, with very poor connectivity and bad quality roads, making it difficult to get around. The lack of proper transport options and the poor condition of the roads are significant drawbacks. Parking is also limited, with only some spots allotted, which can be frustrating for those who do not have an assigned space. The construction quality leaves much to be desired, with poor ventilation, limited sunlight, and bad quality plaster. These issues can make the living spaces less comfortable and less appealing. Amenities are quite limited, with only a clubhouse available and no gym or play area for children, which limits recreational options. Another concerning issue is the recent incidents of people being bitten by pets, which poses a safety risk. The presence of numerous pets causing problems for residents, especially with recent bite incidents, is alarming. Addressing these problems, especially the transportation and safety issues, would greatly improve the living conditions in the society. Ensuring better transport connectivity, improving road quality, and resolving the pet-related safety concerns should be priorities to enhance the overall living experience.

The construction quality of our buildings is excellent, and it's reassuring that we don't have to deal with seepage or leakage issues in our flats. Having proper ventilation adds to the comfort of our living spaces. I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the society and upholding hygiene standards. It's also a relief that the road quality outside the society prevents waterlogging issues, making transportation smoother. The functioning lifts, regular maintenance, and the presence of CCTV and security guards contribute to a sense of safety and security. Knowing that measures are in place to protect residents gives me peace of mind. But what truly makes living here special is the friendly atmosphere among neighbors and the opportunity to celebrate events and festivals together.

The abundance of earthworms was definitely an unexpected challenge, especially when they found their way into the toilet and sink. It made for quite an unpleasant surprise and required some serious pest control measures to address. As for amenities, while the lack of a gym or swimming pool was noticeable, I found other ways to stay active and relax.

The quality of the roads and street lighting is commendable, contributing to safe commuting for residents. Every resident is allotted parking space, adding to the convenience. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. Lifts work properly. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments. There is a small park in the society for the kids to play. The neighbours are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated in the society together.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, malls are not available around the society. public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are not available outside the society, the connectivity is a major issue around the society. amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

The flats are well-ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight. Security measures are reliable, with the presence of security guards and CCTV cameras. Maintenance charges are reasonable, adding to the overall satisfaction of residents. Conveniently, Ola and Uber services are available for booking, and they can easily access the society.

Auto-rickshaws are not readily available near the society, necessitating alternative transportation options. Due to water problems, residents often need to call for water tankers. Additionally, there are concerns about cracks in the walls of the flats, which may require maintenance attention. Unfortunately, the absence of modern amenities poses challenges for residents. Furthermore, the roads outside the society are in poor condition, making commuting difficult.

Cleanliness standards are not satisfactory, and many residents owning pets contribute to issues for others. Moreover, the presence of numerous stray dogs and cats has led to incidents of dog bites. The lifts frequently break down, causing inconvenience, with an average of 2-3 breakdowns per month. Additionally, the society lacks amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or play area for children.
