Good things here
Water facility in this society is excellent compared to other apartments. There are water issues in other apartments where they rely on water tankers. However, in this apartment complex, we have our own borewell, which is very convenient. People here are very good and respectful. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately daily at a particular time. Amenities like kids' play area are spacious in the society. The clubhouse is also well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Parking areas are spacious; we can park both two-wheelers and four-wheelers in the parking area in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity options like cabs and autos are not easily available in the society due to heavy traffic issues nearby caused by ongoing metro construction. Even if we book any cabs, they often get automatically canceled, which is very inconvenient. The construction quality is poor as there are some cracks on the walls of the society buildings. Public transportation like buses is available quite far from the society, approximately 1 kilometer away. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the society despite promises from the builder. Security is also lacking and should be improved, with security guards needed at the main gate of the apartment.

Good things here
Friendly and cooperative neighbors who celebrate festivals together can create a strong sense of belonging and unity. It's also great to hear that your society is well-maintained, with efficient garbage collection services and amenities like 24/7 water and power availability. Proper lift maintenance ensures safety, and having essential services like supermarkets, grocery stores, hotels, and clinics within a short distance makes life convenient. The presence of a bus stop adds to the accessibility of the area. And it's fantastic that there are recreational facilities like a gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, kids' play area, walking track, and garden, catering to various interests and age groups
Things need improvement
Traffic issues in the society include congestion during peak hours, inadequate parking spaces, occasional speeding, limited pedestrian walkways, and challenges with vehicle access to amenities.

Good things here
This society has excellent connectivity, with various markets such as vegetable shops and grocery stores within walking distance. Additionally, the proximity of the bus stop, schools, and small hotels within a 1km radius. The association promptly addresses residents' needs with a single call, and the security personnel are readily available to assist. Daily garbage collection is efficient, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the area. Furthermore, well-maintained amenities including a gym, party hall, game room, and children's play area are there Parking is hassle-free, and construction standards meet satisfactory levels without any discernible issues.
Things need improvement
Around 100 families reside in this society, but amenities are limited. For instance, there is no swimming pool available. Additionally, the connectivity of the society is not optimal due to the absence of major hospitals and metro stations in close proximity.

Good things here
The neighbors in the society are friendly, and there are no issues with water or electricity supply. Security is excellent, with active guards ensuring safety. There are no problems with stray pets, and malls and shopping complexes are conveniently located nearby.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a swimming pool, which might be disappointing for residents seeking this amenity. This lack limits recreational options within the community. Despite this, other aspects of the society may still provide a comfortable living environment.

Good things here
The atmosphere here is incredibly serene, with no concerns about water or garbage collection as they're managed daily. Moreover, the exceptional quality of the walls complements the convenient location near transportation, markets, and malls.
Things need improvement
It's worrying that the area outside the society isn't kept clean, which makes it look bad overall. This might make residents unhappy with how clean and tidy everything is around them.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Garden is avilable and maintained in the society. Other facilities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Walking tracks are avilable in the society.
Things need improvement
Swimmingpool and tennis court is not available in the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. Heavy traffic issues are faced outside the society.

Good things here
The surrouding has good greenary and open spaces. People are well mannered and support when in need. The maintenance is good given the situation arises during rains. It is located somewhat far from the city center for a peaceful enviornment.
Things need improvement
The roads can be better maintained. The area is still developing, you may find good schools and hospitals from from here. The connecting road also get cluttered during peak hours.

Good things here
Conviniently located near ORR it is well connected via public and personal transport. The bellandur railway station is nearby. The society has all basic amenities like gym, indoor spaces for TT and kids play areas.
Things need improvement
There are a lot of traffic problems in their community, leading to substantial congestion and inconvenience.

Good things here
The apartment offers excellent connectivity with reliable public transport, supermarkets, shopping malls, and hospitals nearby. Garbage collection is efficient, parking availability is ample, residents are friendly, and the security measures within the society are commendable.

There is a need for improvement in the swimming pool facilities within the society, possibly through maintenance upgrades, additional amenities, or increased cleanliness to better cater to the needs of residents.

There are several shops, vendors, markets and other necessities around this place. Shopping malls, hospitals and other facilities are available here. Nearby places are quite safe and secure. There are street lights available at night.
