Good things here
Public transport like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, ensuring good connectivity. Nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants are available. All residents have allotted parking space. The society maintains high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. CCTV cameras are installed and operational throughout. Lifts function properly. There is uninterrupted 24/7 water supply and electricity. Various events and festivals are celebrated within the community.
Things need improvement
This society faces considerable challenges with seepage and leakage problems, which require urgent attention and improvement. Furthermore, the society lacks essential facilities that are typically expected for comfortable living, such as amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or recreational areas.

Good things here
The property is conveniently located within a 500 meter radius of hospitals, schools, , bus stand , markets, and public transport. Additionally, cabs are readily available within the society premises, and malls are nearby. The society offers amenities such as a tennis court and parks , along with open parking.
Things need improvement
There's no swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse, it offers basic amenities for comfortable living.

Good things here
This neighborhood is really nice! The schools are close by, and you can reach hospitals within a short distance, just 1 kilometer away. There's also a local market nearby for shopping. Plus, there are fun amenities like a play area, badminton court, and a big gym to keep everyone entertained and active.

This society doesn't offer basic amenities like a swimming pool, or clubhouse.

There were a lot of issues with street dogs in society, and because of that we could not even work in the society and there was only one shop in the society due to which there was a lot of problem. If we wanted to buy some goods, we had to go a long distance.

All the connectivity are really good. all the facilities are really good like swiming pool, club house , gym area are good.

Maintenance is very bad like team is not cordinate with us.sands falling down from the wall.sometimes leakage are throughout the pipeline and walls are getting seepage issue and leakage issue.

construction quality is best. auto,ola,uber,rapido are easy to catch , local transport is very fast. all facilities are there.

Everything about the society is good, so overall I don't think there is anything need to improve

Good things here
Roads of the society are well maintained, its well gaurded colony with security gaurd at both gate, its also very clean area, local market, shopping comlex and all amenities are available here, there are 3 big parks.
Things need improvement
There is no lift in the society, it needs to be improved and metro connectivity is not available.
