Good things here

The peaceful surroundings of Amaya with its natural beauty and small-town atmosphere. The developing stage of the area holds promise for more growth and opportunities. The majority of residents being educated Maruti employees adds to the community's quality.

Things need improvement

The limited availability of markets nearby poses a challenge for basic shopping needs, necessitating a drive to reach malls or ordering groceries online. Poor connectivity to commercial places and markets may inconvenience residents. For social life, while the community is well-educated, enhancing engagement and inclusive celebrations could improve the overall living experience.

Good things here

The natural beauty of the surroundings, the sense of community among educated residents, and the opportunity to build my own house on the plot are appealing aspects. Additionally, the availability of bank loans for assistance adds to the attractiveness of the property.

Things need improvement

The limited nearby market options for shopping convenience are a drawback. Additionally, the limited availability of amenities within the society makes it challenging to rent out a home easily.

Good things here

I appreciate the potential investment value of the society due to recent property price appreciation and new developments nearby. It's a good option for buyers and renters looking for long-term gains.

Things need improvement

However, the poor market availability can be a drawback, making it inconvenient for residents who need to drive to malls or order groceries online. This lack of local amenities can be frustrating for those who prefer convenience within walking tance.

Good things here

The ease of connectivity in this project. It was convenient to access malls, hospitals, and restaurants. The social amenities were well-managed, and the residents were cooperative.

Things need improvement

The lack of public transport availability. The maintenance charges were high, and there were frequent issues that needed attention. The construction quality was questionable, with seepage and cracks in walls, which was a major concern for me.

Good things here

I appreciate the peaceful environment in the outskirts of Gurgaon where the natural beauty surrounds the area. The small town vibe is comforting, and the upcoming development adds excitement. The independent plots offer flexibility for building homes, and the society comprises mostly educated individuals, creating a conducive atmosphere.
