Connectivity of the society is great as public transport and local transport is easily available near by the society. Rooms are spacious and isolated,balcony are there in the units,quality of the construction is really great. High security system in the society,cctv survilance in all over area. Cleaniness is top,time to time mopping and all done in the society,timely garbage collection in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Mohini towers is stand alone building and there are no amenities in this society only small space for kids playground is there even parking has been provided in open space and it is not allocated. maintenece charges are bit high in this society which is not worth the facilities. there were no as such socialism in the society and even no frequent festivals were celebrated in the society. read more

Good things here

Connectivity of the apartment is good as railway station and bus stop is near by the society. quality of the construction is good as there were no issues regarding seepage and rooms were quite spacious. High security system as all the areas were under cctv survilance. Atmosphere of the society was really peaceful and calm. cleaniness was top notch as timely garbage collectrion is done in the society even there is dustbin in every corner. read more

Things need improvement

This is just simple building and there are no amenities in the society only lift is available. parking is available for owners only and visiotrs parking is not available. There is no socialism at all everybody is busy in there own personal life and they were not concern about any one in the society. read more
