Firstly, it's essential for the builder to fulfill their promises regarding amenities. Currently, the lack of parks is disappointing, and enhancing parking facilities would greatly benefit everyone. Security also needs enhancement, with CCTV cameras covering all areas and reliable backup systems in place. The unpaved driveway area not only looks unattractive but also affects accessibility. Proper construction of this area would improve both aesthetics and functionality. Lastly, addressing minor seepage issues is crucial for maintaining the quality of our buildings.
