We enjoy uninterrupted access to electricity and water around the clock, while the excellent construction quality of our homes guarantees a comfortable living space, free from seepage issues. But what truly sets our neighborhood apart is the strong sense of community. Our friendly neighbors come together to celebrate festivals, fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Moreover, designated parking spaces are allocated to each resident, with strict adherence to rules for orderly parking. Elevators are installed and meticulously maintained for easy access to all floors. I absolutely love living here as the community is fantastic, with schools, hospitals, and markets are just a few distance away. Each resident enjoys the convenience of designated parking, making life so much easier. The connectivity is superb, with buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the roads are always in great condition. Our regular garbage collection is praising, with wet and dry waste segregated perfectly, keeping our surroundings clean and fresh. The elevators are installed and always maintained, ensuring smooth operations without any hassles. We never face any disruptions with electricity and water supply, which is a huge relief. The construction quality is top-notch, with no termite issues and excellent ventilation that keeps the apartments airy and comfortable. The plaster and fittings are of superior quality, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal. The amenities here are modern and well-maintained, including a fully-equipped gym and a vibrant clubhouse. My neighbors are incredibly friendly, creating a warm and vibrant community spirit that makes every day special. The security is also excellent, with CCTV cameras and security guards always on duty, giving us peace of mind. read more

Things need improvement

There is a need for improvement regarding seepage issue as because of that walls get damage. Apart from that I find all the other things well - maintained and in a very good condition. Overall, it's a great place to live except this improvement that needs to be addressed. . read more
