The well-maintained surroundings, spacious gardens, and amenities like the gym, yoga facilities, and large kids' play area must provide a lot of enjoyment for residents. The excellent services provided by the security guards, including their use of the gate app for visitor information, add an extra layer of safety and convenience. . Issues with construction quality, such as areas wearing off, can certainly be concerning. High maintenance charges, especially when deducted daily from the electricity meter, can be frustrating for residents. Additionally, finding RWA charges for maintenance services to be high compared to the services provided can make it less affordable for middle-class residents. The lack of public transport options and the distance from central Gurgaon or Delhi can also be inconvenient for those commuting to work in those areas. read more
