The committee members are responding well to any situation that arises, ensuring swift resolution. People in the community are united, supportive, and communicate effectively with one another. They demonstrate kindness and celebrate a variety of festivals together, including Christmas, New Year, Holi, Ugadi, Ganesh Pooja, Sankranthi, Navaratri, and Ustav. The amenities within a 2 km radius are impressive, encompassing a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis court, garden, kids' play area, and a walking track. Maintenance is top-notch, with the overall apartment kept clean and hygienic. There's a continuous 24-hour water and power supply, and residents diligently collect garbage daily, segregating dry and wet waste,Connectivity-wise, the community is conveniently located, with easy access to supermarkets, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, theaters, and restaurants within a 2 km radius. Internal and guest parking facilities are available, complementing the outstanding construction quality. Despite past seepage issues, promptly addressed by the committee, maintenance is exceptional, ensuring cleanliness, proper garbage collection, and well-maintained lifts.
