Good things here
Living in our society has been a wonderful experience! The availability of autos and cabs right at our doorstep makes commuting incredibly convenient. Additionally, the excellent public transport options nearby ensure that getting around the city is a breeze. The garbage pickup is always on time, keeping our surroundings clean and pleasant. Neighbors who are not just friendly but also love to socialize and celebrate festivals together, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. read more
Things need improvement
Society offers a pleasant living experience, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Sometimes, the maintenance of common areas could be more consistent, ensuring they remain clean and well-kept. Although transportation options are convenient, the traffic noise can be a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, while our neighbors are friendly, there could be more organized community events to bring everyone together more frequently. The connectivity of the society is good, with autos readily available, and there are no traffic issues nearby. The roads outside the society are in good condition, and there are no construction-related problems like leakage or seepage. The residents are friendly, and the lifts are well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated, and there is ample greenery in the society. the society is kept clean. read more
Things need improvement
The society is not located near a metro station or a local railway station. While all modern amenities are available, they are located on the ground floor, making them susceptible to waterlogging during heavy rainfall. There is occasionally a shortage of water supply. Moreover, the society does not allow bachelors to reside. read more
