I'm relieved to hear that there are no issues with leakage, seepage, or termite infestation, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Although the amenities provided are currently not operational, their presence still holds promise for future enjoyment and convenience. Garbage collection is always on time, and the lifts are properly maintained for our convenience and safety. With CCTV cameras and security guards, I feel secure knowing that our community is well-protected. The construction quality of our buildings is commendable, as we rarely encounter issues like seepage or leakage. Essential utilities like electricity and water supply are reliable, which is such a relief. It's wonderful to have additional facilities like a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained and accessible.
