M really pleased with the accessibility of public transportation, especially having the metro station nearby; it makes commuting so convenient. The allocated parking spots ensure that I always have a designated place to park without any hassle. It's fantastic to know that garbage is collected daily and segregated, promoting cleanliness and environmental consciousness within the community. The working elevator adds to the convenience of living here, and the continuous water and electricity supply provide peace of mind. I'm relieved to hear that there are no issues with leakage, seepage, or termite infestation, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Although the amenities provided are currently not operational, their presence still holds promise for future enjoyment and convenience. Additionally, the functioning CCTV system offers added security, which is reassuring. Overall, the warm and friendly atmosphere fostered by the residents makes this community feel like a true home.

The disappointment regarding the non-operational amenities stems from the missed opportunity to enhance the quality of life and convenience within the community. Amenities are typically provided to improve residents' living experience, offering opportunities for leisure, recreation, and relaxation without having to leave the premises. When these amenities are not operational, it creates a sense of unfulfilled potential. Residents may feel as though they are not getting the full value of their living environment, as they are unable to access or enjoy the amenities that were promised or expected. This can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction, as they may have chosen to live in the community partly because of these amenities.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities like shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants. Plus, the allocated parking and enforcement of parking rules help keep things organized and efficient. I'm grateful for how well-maintained the society is, with cleanliness and hygiene consistently upheld. Garbage collection is always on time, and the lifts are properly maintained for our convenience and safety. With CCTV cameras and security guards, I feel secure knowing that our community is well-protected. The construction quality of our buildings is commendable, as we rarely encounter issues like seepage or leakage. Essential utilities like electricity and water supply are reliable, which is such a relief. It's wonderful to have additional facilities like a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained and accessible. And perhaps the best part is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among residents, with no pet-related issues to worry about.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool is not available in our society. Having a swimming pool can be a great amenity for residents, especially during hot weather or for those who enjoy swimming for exercise or relaxation.

The society enjoys easy access to the metro, auto-rickshaws, and buses, making transportation convenient for residents. The market is nearby, with malls and restaurants also in close proximity. Fortunately, there are no issues with leakage or seepage; the construction quality is commendable. The residents are decent and friendly, and we've recently started celebrating festivals together, fostering a sense of community. Water is available round-the-clock, and cleanliness is well-maintained, with daily garbage collection.
Things need improvement
The amenities in the society are quite limited, and it would be beneficial to have more options available. Unfortunately, the swimming pool has been closed since the onset of the COVID pandemic. Additionally, there are issues with some equipment in the gym not functioning properly, with some even broken. Furthermore, the garden area is relatively small, which may be disappointing for some residents.

Seepage leakage has surprisingly not been an issue, which is a relief for residents. Similarly, power cuts have not posed any significant disruptions, contributing to a smooth living experience. Maintenance efforts are generally satisfactory, ensuring that the community functions efficiently. esidents appreciate the well-managed parking allotments and commendable security measures, which contribute to a sense of safety and order within the community.

However, it's unfortunate that the swimming pool is not currently operational, and there is no gym area available for residents to utilize. Despite these limitations, the proximity of nearby markets offers convenience for daily needs and necessities. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, residents generally find the living conditions favorable and comfortable.

Good things here
Because of the great connection and simple access to cars, metro, train stations, and taxis, getting about is a breeze. Reliable maintenance services include timely waste collection, thorough cleaning of common spaces, and routine lift maintenance. The apartment has good lighting and a view, and there are no leaks, seepage, or crack issues. The neighborhood has a great vibe, friendly locals, and a great neighborhood.
Things need improvement
The gym and park are rather modest, and there isn't a swimming pool or garden. In addition, residents may find the parking space to be troublesome due to water logging issues.

On the downside, weak walls are noted as a negative feature, suggesting potential issues with sound insulation and privacy within buildings. Furthermore, the absence of swimming pools limits recreational opportunities within the community.

Good things here
Public transport was easily accessible, and the nearby roads were in good condition without traffic issues. All modern amenities in the society were well-maintained. Cleanliness was also well-maintained. Festivals were celebrated in the society. There were no issues with power cuts.
Things need improvement
There was an issue with the water supply in the society; the water from the overhead tank was hard water, so we had to install an RO purifier at home. There was some minor leakage and seepage. The residents were not very cooperative or friendly.
