This area is really convenient! There's public transport nearby for easy commuting. Plus, it has a gym and clubhouse for fitness and recreation. The premium residential complex offers amenities like a gym, security, swimming pool, firefighting system, waste disposal, large open space, flower gardens and a lot more. I really liked the location of the project is decent as it connects reputed schools, colleges and hospitals. The project is well planned with an area of 16 acres. There is a total of 38 towers in the complex. My family loved the apartments are designed with top-class infrastructure to providers with complete satisfaction. The budget is also pocket friendly. read more

Ekta Parksville offers well-designed apartments with a structured layout. The rooms are spacious with a master bedroom, balconies, bathrooms, kitchens along with dining space. The quality of the construction is excellent as they have provided ceramic tiles. Located in Virar West, the project connects with Western express Highway and Virar railway station. The supermarket and other facilities are also in close proximity. We even loved the surrounding also well maintained. I had booked a flat in Ekta Parksville and my experience with the team was the worst. The management and sales team has delayed the handover for quite a lot of time. They and not professional and couldn't provide the pricing details. The apartments are totally expensive and the quality of the construction is worst. The work is still pending and they have not taken any initiatives for the same. I would request everyone to please check other projects in this area and not go for this as they are unprofessional. read more
