I had booked a flat in Ekta Parksville and my experience with the team was the worst. The management and sales team has delayed the handover for quite a lot of time. They and not professional and couldn't provide the pricing details. The apartments are totally expensive and the quality of the construction is worst. The work is still pending and they have not taken any initiatives for the same. I would request everyone to please check other projects in this area and not go for this as they are unprofessional.
