While we're fortunate to have nearby schools, hospitals, and accessible public transportation options like autos and cabs, there's nothing exceptionally remarkable about our community. There's definitely room for improvement in our society, and I've identified a few areas that could use some attention. Firstly, it's essential for the builder to fulfill their promises regarding amenities. Currently, the lack of parks is disappointing, and enhancing parking facilities would greatly benefit everyone. Security also needs enhancement, with CCTV cameras covering all areas and reliable backup systems in place. The unpaved driveway area not only looks unattractive but also affects accessibility. Proper construction of this area would improve both aesthetics and functionality. Lastly, addressing minor seepage issues is crucial for maintaining the quality of our buildings. The flats receive plenty of sunlight and have good ventilation. Previous leakage and seepage issues have been resolved. Plus, the community features a lovely garden. Cleanliness standards are high, with daily garbage collection ensuring good hygiene. Residents are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. Unfortunately, there are no bus stops near the society, and the nearest metro station is 2 km away. The drinking water quality isn't great, so it's advisable to use an RO filter. Additionally, the society lacks modern amenities. read more
